WHY DID JESUS COME?

 

Christ Jesus came because this Fallen World

Was Hopeless and Helpless.

He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Apart from Him, there is No Hope for mankind.

Apart from His Way, there is No Way.

Apart from Him all is Death, Eternal Death.

He came to bring Good News,

That those who would Believe in Him

Would be Saved from Eternal Death.

Believe is to, as the Amplified Bible puts it:

To Trust in, Cling to and Rely upon Christ;

To be Born Again – Born of His Spirit,

And to walk in the Light of His Word.

Christ Jesus came to Save all those who would Believe.

The Wrath of God rests on all the Unbelieving

As the apostle Paul tells us from Romans 1:

18 The Wrath of God is being revealed from Heaven

Against all the godlessness and Wickedness of men

Who suppress the Truth by their Wickedness,

19 Since what may be known about God is plain to them,

Because God has made it plain to them.

20 For since the creation of the World God’s invisible qualities--

His Eternal Power and Divine Nature--

Have been clearly seen,

Being understood from what has been made,

So that men are Without Excuse.

21 For although they knew God,

They neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him,

But their thinking became futile

And their foolish hearts were darkened.

22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became Fools

23 And exchanged the glory of the Immortal God

For images made to look like mortal man

And birds and animals and reptiles

24 Therefore God gave them over

In the sinful desires of their hearts

To sexual impurity,

For they degrading of their bodies with one another.

25 They exchanged the Truth of God for a LIE,

And worshiped and served created things

Rather than the Creator—Who if forever praised. Amen.

This is where America and the World are today,

As Scripture foretold would be the case, in the Last Day.

As Christ Jesus said: the World would be like in the days of Noah;

Like Sodom and Gomorrah.

Nevertheless, all the Believing will be Saved;

However, some will Die for their Faith, as Witnesses for Christ,

And then Christ will return to establish His Kingdom on Earth,

In Jerusalem on Mount Zion, for a Thousand Years,

And the Believing Saints will rule and reign with Him.
