Friend,
Just last month, videos were leaked from COVID detainment camps in Australia.
Citizens down under are being held against their will in “isolation camps” even if they do not test positive for COVID.
To be kept in one of these detention centers, Australian citizens need only to have been in the vicinity of someone who tested positive to be detained for a minimum of 14 days.
Citizens are detained in tiny shacks surrounded by barbed wire and guards.
And as we saw in the video, the simple act of angering a guard or speaking to another detainee is enough to have a person “indefinitely” detained within the rows and rows of dismal shacks.
Defend America’s Religious Freedom and the Right to Reject the Shots!
Will America also have COVID detention camps?
The state of Washington has “involuntary detention” centers for public health emergencies written into state law. According to WA Administrative Code 246-100-040,
“At his or her sole discretion, a local health officer may issue an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to be immediately detained for purposes of isolation” for refusing to comply with “medical examination, testing, treatment, counseling, vaccination” and more (emphasis added).
Lest you think these involuntary detentions in COVID camps could never happen in America, consider this:
In February 2020, the CDC published guidance and directives for COVID isolation camps.
Although the original CDC guidance appears to have since been scrubbed, we have screenshots and have preserved the CDC guidance, which as late as December 7, 2020, gave clear direction on developing and implementing COVID isolation centers.
Though “primarily” developed for “low resource settings outside the U.S.,” the CDC states these camps “also may be applied in other settings.”
Those “other” settings would presumably include the state of Washington, giving federal cover to an insanely unconstitutional move toward tyranny.
Last year in Kentucky, an entire church was put on involuntary home confinement (the equivalent of house arrest) simply for attending a drive-in, stay-in-your-own-car Easter Sunday church parking lot service. NOT ONE of the attendees tested positive for COVID.
If Kentucky invoked a law similar to WA’s law, anti-church KY Gov. Andy Beshear could have sent every one of these faithful parishioners to an “isolation” camp just like those in Australia.
To add insult to injury, the Washington State Board of Health will meet today at 9 a.m. Pacific time to discuss whether to add the COVID shots to state Code 246-105 which, in part, prohibits religious exemptions from certain vaccines.
ALL Americans have the RIGHT to REFUSE the COVID shots—especially if the shots conflict with your religious beliefs.
Neither Joe Biden nor WA Gov. Jay Inslee have the right to deny Americans their religious freedom or to force unlawful jabs into every arm.
But that’s not stopping them from adding COVID detention centers to their tyrannical tool kit to bend us to their will!
Liberty Counsel WILL NOT allow these continued assaults on religious freedom to stand!
STOP the ATTACKS on RELIGIOUS FREEDOM! STOP the COVID CAMPS!
As you know, Liberty Counsel has a very active litigation schedule.
We continue to defend the churches fined and threatened with seizure and destruction for opening their doors.
We continue to defend whistleblower Sandra Merritt who is facing criminal charges, jail time and multimillion-dollar civil penalties for exposing Planned Parenthood’s wicked “Baby Parts for Sale” scheme.
We continue to defend health care workers in multiple states; federal, state and private employees; federal civilian contractors; and members of the military.
Yesterday, we filed another brief at the Supreme Court against the Maine health care mandate.
And on January 18, I will present oral arguments before the Supreme Court in a case that will set nationwide precedent regarding censorship of religious viewpoints by the City of Boston.
If these proposed COVID camps go into force, Liberty Counsel will litigate to stop them.
