Hi there, I am reaching out to you because my home in Yamhill County (western Oregon) is under attack from a national group with an organized, socialist, and anti-American agenda. This group, called Indivisible.org, is currently attempting to take over our public schools.
You may have heard of what is happening with our Newberg School District School Board. Back in August of this year, four conservative school board members bravely took a stance against all things political in the classrooms, to include; BLM & LGBTQ signage, paraphernalia, progressive political discussion and activism, unless directly related to an educational lesson. Their purpose in creating this policy was to turn the focus back to education in an effort to create a neutral learning environment where all children are treated equally. The current graduation rate is said to be 25%, down from 50%. Upon passing, teachers and staff have refused to implement this policy. Some have even attempted to remove the American flag from the classroom, stating it is the most political flag there is. The four conservative board members have been attacked and harassed every day since by a group of progressive people, many of whom are not even from Yamhill County. Since this policy was passed, we have had Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez visit these Progressive people in Newberg. We have Hollywood celebrities donating money to an effort to recall two of the conservative school board members.
We are a small, grass roots group of people who are taking a stand against this movement. Since doing so, we have learned that we are standing against a nationally run group called Indivisible.org. This group was formed after Donald Trump was elected to office. They are powerful, they have money and resources and they are relentless. Their mission: “Brought together by a practical guide to resist the Trump agenda, Indivisible is a movement of thousands of group leaders and more than a million members taking regular, iterative, and increasingly complex actions to resist the GOPs agenda, elect local champions, and fight for progressive policies.” We have reason to believe that this group is connected to George Soros. Our local chapter of this organization is called Progressive Yamhill. This group is running several recall efforts in our county. We have been fighting these efforts the best we can, but with all of the money, resources and people they have, we are struggling and need help. We believe that what is happening in Newberg is happening all over the country. These progressive organizations are sending their people into small-town America, to flip the underbelly of our communities upside down. They are taking over all local committee seats, elected seats, school board seats so that they can take over the conservative voice and replace it with their progressive voice. Right now, The Newberg School Board is being harassed, threatened and sued while the campaign to oust these conservatives is funded with out-of-state progressive Hollywood money funding the recall cause. They are officially recalling the school board chair, Dave Brown, and school board vice chair, Brian Shannon. We have two weeks to fight this before the ballots are sent out. If they are successful at recalling these two conservative school board members, all of the hard work that has been done to preserve education, stand for the constitution, and keep political activism out of the classrooms - will fall to the wayside. These four conservative board members - Dave Brown, Brian Shannon, Trevor DeHart and Renee Powell - have endured daily harassment and doxxing over the last four months. This doxxing has resulted in the loss of jobs. Liberal lies have cost friendships. Their privacy is under constant infringement while their safety is threatened. They have received death threats, their family members have received threats, they’ve had to pull their kids out of school, they are currently balancing multiple lawsuits. Yet, they stand firm in their stance to protect our children from this progressive agenda. It may come as no surprise to you that the media coverage of this incident has been one-sided. As a result, most of Oregon believes that these school board members are racist, white supremacists, homophobic people, which is not the case at all. Today, this school board has the Oregon Department of Education, the Oregon Teachers Union, the ACLU, and several national media sources coming against them hard. An important detail to note: Guadalupe Martinez, The Vice Chair of the Oregon State Board of Education, walked through Newberg collecting signatures for the recall of Dave Brown and Brian Shannon.
These four school board members have remained silent until now. Dave Brown and Brian Shannon are ready to tell their stories. They are down to the wire, and are in need of support. They want to share their experiences so that other conservative school board members can be encouraged and educated on what it is they can do to protect the children in their school districts. If the progressives succeed in recalling these two school board members, it will be their example to the rest of the country of what happens when we, Americans, take a stand against their agenda.
We believe there is an organized effort to radicalize, sexualize, and recruit our children by a socialist, progressive movement that aims to turn them against America. We have seen an unnatural number of children from the Newberg school district come out as gay or trans (mostly young girls) in the last couple of years. Please allow me to iterate that in no way do we stand against or discriminate against children who are members of the LGBTQ community. We believe all children should be loved and included and we strongly stand against any form of bullying or discrimination. We are seeing a movement that appears to be accelerating at an unnatural rate. To give you an example, here is a video from the sexual education curriculum called My Future My Choice. This is part of the curriculum approved by the Oregon Department of Education and is currently shown to 7th graders.
Unfortunately, this is just the tip of the iceberg! May we plan and work to elect officials who will preserve our liberties! Oregon Faith and Freedom has plans to help change Oregon from blue to red, working to preserve our God given freedoms. These plans include working to help identify and create lists of those who support these values and creating county chapters to help educate Faith and Freedom loving voters. There is something every Oregon State Income tax payer should do - give their tax credit!
