I received an email this week that made my stomach turn.
An active-duty Marine was pleading for help to avoid the dreadful fate that awaits him if he refuses to take the COVID jab.
Matthew has served faithfully, excelling and quickly rising in rank and responsibility to become a highly decorated U.S. Marine.
“I have given every ounce of my being to this job with 100% dedication to the men to my left and right,” Matthew wrote.
“I have loved my time in the USMC and would trade it for nothing.
The number one thing I always taught my Marines was to never back down and to always stand to fight for what you believe in.”
Matthew believes in the Unites States Constitution and the unalienable, God-given rights that this founding document codifies and preserves.
He believes in it so strongly that he long ago signed up to be a Marine.
But now Joe Biden, through Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin (who said after Jan. 6 that the military needed to be “purged”), is shredding the Constitution and issuing illegal orders.
And military commands are targeting those who object to the shots for religious reasons.

Matthew also has heart arrythmia and a branch blockage—two heart issues that have not interfered with his service, but which do preclude him from being able to safely take the COVID jabs.
And as I wrote you earlier this week, senior military leaders have already admitted that they know the COVID shots CAUSE heart problems.
Matthew submitted a request for both a medical and a religious exemption.
But if he doesn’t withdraw his request, he will be severely punished.
“I am currently facing a dishonorable/bad conduct discharge for refusing the Covid-19 vaccine. Punishment as follows—General court-martial at the Divisional Commander Level, 6 months solitary confinement/imprisonment with a felony charge, and never being able to get a home loan, own a gun, work a federal job, etc.”
Now this dedicated Marine will not only lose his service benefits for refusing to endanger his health or violate his religious convictions, but Matthew will become a convicted FELON for refusing the shots.
This is SICK and EVIL. There aren’t any other words for it.
WE ARE PREPARING TO SUE JOE BIDEN’S DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.
Members of the military may assert opposition to the COVID shots because ...
(1) There is no COVID injection available that is fully approved by the FDA.
(2) BioNTech’s Comirnaty is FDA approved, but it is not yet available and will not be for some time.
(3) All existing COVID shots remain under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and thus individuals have the “option to accept or refuse” the shots.
(4) There has been no presidential declaration waiving the EUA for members of the military.
(5) Even if a presidential waiver is issued or when the Comirnaty version becomes available, members of the military may always raise the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).
(6) Military personnel may also assert a medical exemption.
Despite these federal laws, the DOD has ordered everyone to get the shots, telling our military heroes there are NO exemptions.
We are defending these brave men and women even as we continue providing legal defense for employees, students and health care heroes facing illegal shot mandates.
