POLL: AMERICANS WANT VOTER ID - CORRUPT DOJ WANTS TOTAL CONTROL

 

Poll shows they are out of touch with America . . . A Rasmussen poll shows the majority of voters nationwide want voter ID and a hard deadline for mail-in ballots (75% and 70%, respectively).  In some states, like Texas, those numbers are even higher.  We are in the vast majority, even among the Democrats polled!  However, congressional Democrats and Joe Biden are pushing the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act) to stop election reform.  We cannot be a silent majority. We must hold our House and Senate members' feet to the fire.  Demand that the JL Act be stopped with your urgent faxes to Congress before it permanently destroys fair elections in every precinct in America. -- Mat

The Rasmussen poll found that 89% of Republicans support voter ID requirements, as do 60% of Democrats and 77% of voters not affiliated with either major party. 

Only 18% don't want vote totals on election evening or the next day. 

But the JL Act would make it impossible to report any election results on Election Day or the day after for nationwide elections. 

Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and his colleagues are working hard to weaken election protections, make fraud easier and give the Department of Justice (DOJ) power to create double standards that would control "red" and "blue" precincts differently. 

Yesterday, the U.S. Senate held its third hearing in the past week to push the JL Act. 

"We are in a 911 emergency for our democracy," Warnock said yesterday during the hearing. 

Sen. Warnock let slip why the Democrats are pushing so hard for the JL Act. 

He said, how our nation's voting will be controlled "provides the framework in which all of the other debates about ... infrastructure, climate change, health care, you name it" can happen. 

Warnock is admitting what Nancy Pelosi already said, that their entire agenda depends on passing this election fraud bill. 

Imagine if Biden's DOJ has the final word to approve or deny any election detail. There will be no voter ID. 

Ballot harvesting will be permitted. 

The DOJ will manipulate down to the precinct level to make sure their favored candidate wins every time.

The "preclearance" aspect of this JL Act would give radicals, even socialist people within the bureaucracy, complete power over every aspect of our elections. 

U.S. Attorney General Merrick B. Garland made the following statement:

"The Department of Justice is using all the tools at its disposal to protect the voting rights of all citizens, but that is not enough. We need Congress to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, which would provide the Department with important tools to protect the right to vote and to ensure that every vote is counted."

The critical aspect of this is that Garland is not pushing to count every LEGAL vote. 

No, Garland wants the DOJ to have "important tools." 

He is referring to "preclearance," which would give the DOJ enormous power to control every detail of every election. Your vote would no longer matter. 

Remember how a former DOJ employee and whistleblower exposed massive abuse already present within the DOJ? 

"The voting section has a long record of abuse by its attorneys for improper collaboration," Maureen Riordan said. " ... It's been sanctioned by courts. 

Between 1992 and 2000, the voting section has been sanctioned over 2 million dollars!"  

In Johnson v. Miller, Riordan said, the court found "collusive misconduct by DOJ attorneys with the ACLU." 

The court found the relationship between the DOJ and ACLU "disturbing ... peers working together against the jurisdiction that made the submission."
