David Kupelian on preventing today’s maniacal leaders from destroying the greatest nation on earth Dear friend of WND,   Unfortunately, today’s America is ruled by corrupt, sociopathic “leaders” who hate their own nation and have total contempt for her people, Constitution, history, Judeo-Christian culture and tradition of liberty. But you already know that. You know that our current leaders are obsessed with “fundamentally transforming” the greatest and most successful nation in history into some sort of super-politically correct “woke” socialist utopia. However, in truth, even that’s not what they really want: What our ruling class covets above all else is power, glory, worship, wealth and privilege for themselves – and revenge on their enemies. In a word, they want to be gods. To accomplish all this, they lie. All the time. About everything. For such people, who long ago set their consciences aside, lying represents a creative power – the key to accomplishing impossible things they could never otherwise accomplish. Thus do the Democratic Party’s current leaders, led by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, all lie continually. There’s no substantive policy discussion in which they don’t lie, deceive, distract, dissemble, blame others, change the subject and/or viciously attack opponents and critics of their madness. And right now, their trademark lying is laser-focused on accomplishing another grand mission – that of making Americans hate each other. That’s right. They seek to divide our nation, turn us against each other, and pit group against group. Under their plan, you and I are no longer Americans enjoying equality under the law, but rather, are forced to live in a bitter land filled with angry tribes ever warring over racial, gender, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious and political differences. Why? Why turn the happiest, least racist, most multi-ethnic, most equal-opportunity, most welcoming nation in world history into a miserable Babel at war with itself? Well you see, a happy and contented America – where citizens care for one another and are grateful to God for their extraordinary blessings – is not conducive to the Marxist revolution they are fomenting. During revolutionary times such as we are now living through, destabilizing a nation is the name of the game. And not just destabilizing the nation externally by pitting one person or group against another, but also destabilizing people internally, so they’re not at peace with themselves or with their neighbor or with their God. Bottom line: Destabilizing a society and its people by stirring up bitterness and discontent has always been the Marxists’ ticket to revolution. And that’s why they lie – all the time – about everything. We’ve never seen such massive, coordinated and in-your-face lying among our nation’s ruling class. Now, the only force that can defeat such rampant lying like this is rampant truth-telling – and that’s the primary job of the news media. That’s what Jefferson was saying to Lafayette in 1823, when he wrote: "The only security of all is in a free press." Unfortunately, today’s elite news organizations are some of the biggest liars of all! Journalists are supposed to be professional truth-tellers, yet today they are nothing more than highly paid professional liars, cheerleaders and propagandists for the ruling elite, exactly like Pravda (that’s Russian for “Truth”) was for the Soviet empire. Fortunately, there are still a few professional journalism organizations committed to truth, accuracy, honesty, traditional American values – and powerfully telling it like it really is. The Southern Poverty Law Center, the leftwing hate group Big Tech companies rely on to identify hate groups, characterizes WND as a hate group. You get the picture. And it never ends. How, you might wonder, can anyone survive such overwhelming and perverse attacks on free speech and a free press? I’ll tell you exactly how.
