Gary Bauer: ‘We Need a National Conversation About God’

(CNSNews.com) - American Values President Gary Bauer told the Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference on Friday in the wake of the Charleston church massacre, “We need a national conversation about God.”
“The commentators now because of the event in Charleston are saying we need a national conversation about race, about gun control. Sure, I’m willing to talk about gun control, about all those things, but I think it’s missing the point. We need a national conversation about God,” said Bauer.

He said what happened at the Emanuel African Methodist Church in Charleston, S.C., is not unusual, because “Christians have been killed in worship all over the world now month after month after month for at least the last six or seven years.”

Nine people were gunned down Wednesday night during a prayer meeting, including the church’s pastor, Rev. Clementa Pinckney, who was also a state senator. The suspect, 21-year-old Dylann Roof, was arrested one day later in North Carolina. The massacre is being investigated as a hate crime, the Justice Department announced Thursday.
Charleston “not an isolated incident,” Bauer said.

“In Nigeria, across the Middle East, we saw those Christians kneeling down before they were beheaded. You know the video that was distributed by ISIS. They told them, ‘We’re either going to behead you, or you can renounce Jesus, and you can live,’ and those men, the last word they had on their lips were to praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and we’ve got pastors afraid of losing their tax deduction,” said Bauer.
Bauer said the White House has been silent about Christians murdered around the world, and there has been silence by a lot of pastors and churches too.

My comments: The sad fact is that Obama and the Democrats HATE God and His Word because Chrsit Jesus tells them that what they do is EVIL. (John 7:7) They have worked for Decades to bring their godless, Socialist, Secular Humanist RELIGION to POWER and they are determined to Exercise that Power.
