'Faithless Execution' Author: Seven Impeachable Obama Offenses | CNS News
Dan Joseph
Recently, I was joined via Skype by Andrew McCarthy. McCarthy is a National Review columnist and the author of the new book Faithless Execution: Building the Political Case for Obama's Impeachment.
McCarthy didn't hold back and laid out his case as to why impeachment is only option when it comes to reigning in a lawless president. In the case of President Barack Obama, McCarthy's book lists seven separate offensives he believes warrant impeachment.
He goes on to call Rep. John Boehner's (R-Ohio) lawsuit to stop the president's lawlessness "a silly idea" because a federal court needs the president's support to enforce its decisions:
"The federal courts have no power to enforce their authority. When a federal court renders a judgment, it depends on the executive branch to enforce the judgment. So, the federal courts can't stop Pres. Obama from doing anything."
My comments: Obama's Lawlessness was apparently not anticipated by the Founding Fathers. Obama has done as he pleases, disregarded the Constitution, and no one can stop him. He should be IMPEACHED but there is no mechanism to accomplish this while the Democrats hold the Senate.
