You Must Be Born Again

Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus,

A member of the Jewish Ruling Council.

He came to Jesus at night and said,

'Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God.

For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing

If God were not with him.

In reply Jesus declared,

'I tell you the Truth, unless a man is Born Again,

He cannot see the Kingdom of God.

'How can a man be born when he is old?' Nicodemus asked.

'Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!'

Jesus answered,

'I tell you the Truth, unless a man is born of water and the Spirit,

He cannot enter the Kingdom of God.

Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

You should not be surprised at My saying,

'You must be Born Again.'

The wind blows wherever it pleases.

You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from

Or where it is going.

So it is with everyone Born of the Spirit.'

'How can this be?' Nicodemus asked.

'You are Israel's teacher,' said Jesus,

'And you do not understand these things?

I tell you the Truth, we speak of what we know ,

And we testify to what we have seen,

But still you people do not accept our testimony.

I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe;

How then will you believe if I speak of Heavenly things?

No one has ever gone into Heaven

Except the One Who came from heaven--the Son of Man.

Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert,

So the Son of Man must be lifted up,

That everyone who believes in Him may have Eternal LIFE.

For God so loved the world that He gave His One and only Son,

That whoever BELIEVES in Him shall not PERISH

But have Eternal LIFE.

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world,

But to SAVE the world through Him.

Whoever BELIEVES in Him is NOT CONDEMNED,

But whoever does NOT BELIEVE stands CONDEMNED already

Because he has NOT BELIEVED in the Name of God's One and only Son.

This is the VERDICT: LIGHT has come into the world,

But men loved DARKNESS instead of LIGHT because their deeds were EVIL.

Everyone who does EVIL hates the LIGHT,

AND WILL NOT COME INTO THE LIGHT

For fear that his deeds will be exposed.

But whoever lives by the TRUTH comes into the LIGHT,

So that it may be seen plainly

That what he has done has been done through God. (John 3:1-21)

We learn here from the words of Christ Jesus

That in order to enter the Kingdom of God one must be Born Again.

It is not optional.

We also learn that we cannot tell who will be Born Again,

As we cannot tell where the wind comes from or where it is going.

When were the disciples of Christ Jesus Born Again? At Pentecost.

Only after Pentecost did the Spirit of God come and live within them.

Only after Pentecost were they changed FOREVER.

Only after Pentecost did they remain faithful until they died.

God so loved the world

That He made it possible for ANYONE and EVERYONE to be SAVED;

To be Born Again, to have Eternal LIFE.

Saved from what?

From the CONDEMNED state of being EVERYONE is born into.

We are all born CONDEMNED before the Living God.

Because we are all born with a Sin Nature

Unless we are Born Again and have our Nature changed

From our Sin Nature to the Nature of God Himself,

to that of the Spirit of God, we will die CONDEMNED.

What changes the state of being CONDEMNED?

Being Born Again; By Faith, receiving Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord;

By being Born Again by the Spirit of God;

Allowing His Spirit to come and live in and through us.

Why won't men come into the LIGHT of Christ and be SAVED?

Because they love DARKNESS, because their deeds are EVIL.

The LIGHT of Christ Jesus exposes the DARKNESS of the CONDEMNED,

Therefore they avoid the LIGHT and HATE the LIGHT.

They MASQUERADE as angels of light as does their father, Satan.

But the real LIGHT, the LIGHT of Christ Jesus, exposes their charade.

This is why the World HATES Christ Jesus [John 7:7]

And those who follow Him.

The World lives in DARKNESS and loves DARKNESS,

Because the World is CONTROLLED by Satan [1 John 5:19]

And is therefore the ENEMY of God.

However, those who live by the TRUTH of Christ Jesus,

The only TRUTH that exists, come into the LIGHT,

So that it may be seen PLAINLY that what they have done

Has been done THROUGH God;

Through God, Who is Christ in them, their Hope of Glory.

(Colossians1:27)

I pray that those who read this message have been Born Again

That Christ Jesus is living in and through them;

That they are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ Jesus,

It is the POWER of Christ unto SALVATION. (Romans 1:16)

Today, the world is raging against God, rushing toward oblivion. (Psalm 2)

America is being ground to powder because of her SIN against God.

Save yourself from this Corrupt Generation! (Acts 2:40)
