THE NEW DRAFT OF THE PANDEMIC TREATY

 

In the new draft of the Pandemic Treaty, the World Health Organization (WHO) has a provision that any nation may voluntarily enforce the dreadful provisions upon as soon as a representative of that nation signs the document. This means that some nations can begin enforcing the Pandemic Treaty before the required 3/4 of the member states sign on, at which time it will be globally binding.  And once a nation signs on, exiting the treaty is no easy task. There is a lot to unpack in this new version that I’ll explain below. Today, the WHO’s parent organization, the United Nations, is hosting its 75th Plenary Meeting and member election. We must get out of the WHO and stop this global takeover. This new draft of the Pandemic Treaty and the amendments creates a mechanism for member states to enforce the WHO’s directives BEFORE the treaty is actually enforceable. 

This is like having a U.S. constitutional amendment become effective in some states BEFORE it is ratified by the required number of states. 

Under this odd scheme, the failed Equal Rights Amendment could have been enforced even though it failed to get enough states to ratify it.

But it is not just a member state’s representative to whom the WHO is giving power to bind their nation. 

The WHO also will recognize any “regional economic integration organization” as having the same power as the state’s rep to put an entire nation under the grip of the WHO’s new restrictions. 

The WHO needs nothing more than a simple trade agreement between nations like NAFTA or an unelected customs union or even a common market that would be recognized by the WHO as having the authority to give it unfettered power.

It would only take a “signature” from one of these groups that informs the WHO in writing, and then EVERYTHING that the WHO is planning to mandate instantly becomes enforceable nationwide. 

It states that it will be accepting signatures “immediately following its adoption by the World Health Assembly” until a date in November 2024 (the same month as the U.S. presidential election).

This is shocking. It explains why many of the nations’ representatives were discussing these directives as being enforceable immediately after passage and getting the signature of one authorized person in the nation!

It is crucial to stop the WHO now. 

Send your faxes now to members of Congress urging them to stop the WHO from taking control of America.

The time frame of this treaty is not clear, but a member state may provisionally apply it voluntarily right away BEFORE it becomes an enforceable treaty. 

In other words, the Pandemic Treaty can begin with a patchwork of member states enforcing the provisions, thus putting pressure on other member states to sign on. 

Once 3/4 of the member states sign on, enforcement is mandatory upon all 194 nations.

It appears that the WHO can make demands and force nations’ behavior when the required number of states agree to it.

The WHO states that trade organizations can vote for a nation. It states:

Regional economic integration organizations … shall exercise their right to vote with a number of votes equal to the number of their Member States that are Parties to the WHO CA+, duly accredited and present during the voting. Such an organization shall not exercise its right to vote if any of its Member States exercises its right, and vice versa.

It appears that a “regional economic integration organizations” may be able to bind a member state. 

We cannot allow this proposed treaty and amendments to pass.

This shocking level of control and power should have to gain a vote of 3/4 of the U.S. Senate. We need to act NOW to urge the House and Senate to stop this new attack on freedom worldwide.

This new version makes another important change. 

It states that instead of a one-year delay to exit the WHO, there is actually a three-year delay. 

There is a two-year delay before you can even request to leave, and then another year between when the request is made and when a nation can act upon it and leave the WHO.

This means that if it were to go into effect November 2024, we would be forced to comply even if we have a new president. And then it will take three years to get out from under this Pandemic Treaty.

We must STOP THE WHO before it’s too late. 

If America holds the line and reins in our own federal government, this effort will collapse.
