Biden Administration 'Crushes' Marines Who Won't Take the Jab
President Joe Biden's vaccine mandate is leaving U.S. Marines "crushed," as 169 have been discharged for refusing the jab and thousands more face the same fate, Fox News reports. This has all taken place since the Department of Defense's mandate on all active-duty service members took affect for the Marine Corps Nov. 28
Charisma News previously reported about the sharp increase in military deaths by suicide since the onset of COVID-19, noting that the number would likely increase with these new restrictions. Although Marines have the option to apply for religious exemption from the vaccine, the Marine Corps has not yet granted even one—for the COVID vaccine or any other, a spokesman told Fox News.
Data released just before Christmas revealed that as many as 8,000 Marines could be "administratively separated" from the Corps for refusing the shot, Newsweek reports, stating, "A separation from the Marines is akin to a relief of duty or dismissal. It is not punitive like a court-martial; it is solely an administrative maneuver."
Several Marines spoke with Fox News with the promise of anonymity. A lieutenant colonel with more than 19 years of active service told Fox it appears that the military in general, specifically the Marine Corps, is discharging service members "as fast as they can and as brutally as they can, damaging every Marine as much as they can on the way out."
"The one message I got from the colonel above me was: 'Tread very carefully, this is political, you will be crushed like an ant.' And he told me that because he cares about me," the lieutenant colonel said. "Do I want to continue serving in an institution that crushes people for bringing up reasonable points in defending their faith?"
"The louder I speak, the tighter the screws are turned against me," one master sergeant told Fox. "When you're expected to behave a certain way and to obey certain rules and follow certain processes, and then to see on the other end that that's not a two-way street, that's a violation of my morals that I can't stand by and not speak out about."
And a major with 17 years of service called the mandate a "political purge" that is "taking out some of the best and brightest soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines and guardians from the Space Force."
"There's something fundamentally wrong at this point with our nation's leadership," the major said.
