Samson* works at one of the largest aerospace companies in the world.
The top-secret technology with which he and his colleagues work requires a highly specialized skill set.
Without them, our fighter jets and military flight technology would not exist.

“I have done nothing wrong,” wrote Samson on his legal intake form.
“In fact, I read this in the tea leaves and switched jobs a few months ago in order to have a 100% teleworking job.”
While Samson filed a request for a religious exemption, he, like most federal employees and ALL civilian contractors, has NO guidance where or to whom they should file their request.
The shot deadline is approaching, and the Biden administration is intentionally keeping them in the dark.
There are about 2 million federal employees and 3.7 million civilian contractors—all facing an impending deadline to get the shots. Some people are so specialized in what they do that there is no other market for them if they lose their job.
Biden’s mandate will purge the military and civilian contractors that provide everything the military needs to defend our freedom.
This is a national emergency.
Brandon,* another civilian contractor, filed a religious exemption because of “my Bible-based belief that elective abortion is wrong.”
His request will be unlawfully denied because of Biden’s mandate.
He will not violate his conscience, nor will he allow a shot developed using the cells of aborted babies to enter his body.
Brandon is about to lose his job.
Bruce’s* aerospace employer hasn’t even bothered to process or comment on his religious exemption.
He’s simply been told he must provide vaccination status by Oct. 15 or face the consequences.
Like many of the health care and military heroes we represent, these clients cannot get the shots without violating their deeply held religious beliefs.
Removing these civilian contractors from their positions will decimate our military readiness as well as our national security.
Liberty Counsel WILL NOT allow Biden’s grievous disregard for the law to go unchallenged!
