The Goodness of God's Grace
Robert Schaetzle
Over the years, I've learned the joy of intimacy with Jesus and the goodness of God's grace.
All of my truly satisfying experiences have come from living by faith in His word.
Recognizing our Godly Dependence and stepping out in faith is what one might call, coming of age, a spiritual discernment of what it means to be born again through the living word of God.
Becoming firmly established in His word and promises is our foundation for deep personal intimacy with the imperishable presence and power of God.
"For you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God." 1 Peter 1:23 NASB
His word, the Sword of the Spirit, is necessary to fight the Good Fight of faith.
Total reliance on His word's power is how we resolutely overcome the enemy and his attempts to steal our faith and hope.
When our minds and hearts are established in God's Goodness, His free gift of righteousness, and the abundance of His grace, He promises that His power will lead us to reign in this life.
"If, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ." Romans 5:17 RSV
Make it your goal today to exercise the measure of faith that has been given to you.
When you do, it will open up your understanding and recognition of the beauty and joy of God's preeminence and authority.
Complete, not partial, submission by faith to our loving Father's plans and purposes is what transforms our life.
He is our good, good Father, and anything He plans for us is guaranteed to be for our very best.
'Thank You Father for this wonderful experience of your love, power and grace.'
