Bozell: ‘Google Scandal Is a Bombshell’
“We are looking at a whole series of possible violations of federal law,” Media Research Center (MRC) President Brent Bozell said Tuesday regarding the content of newly-revealed Google corporate emails discussing the social media giant’s efforts to help Hillary Clinton win the 2016 presidential election.
"This Google scandal is a bombshell," Bozell declared Tuesday in a tweet reacting to the news first reported Monday night by Tucker Carlson, and later analyzed in detail in an article on Breitbart.com:
One Google corporate email calls the effort to get Hispanics out to vote for Clinton a “silent donation.”
But, despite the magnitude of the Google scandal news, as MRC’s NewsBusters reported Tuesday, “None of the network morning shows (ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, NBC’s Today) spent any time on this shocking development” – except for Good Morning America’s efforts “to advance Google’s spin that they didn’t favor any party in their searches.”
"I know this election collusion scandal with Google is HUGE because the liberal media are already in damage control mode," Bozell tweeted in response to the results of the NewBusters study. "The only collusion they care about is the kind they can use against Trump," Bozell added.
Fox News posted the YouTube video embedded below of Carlson breaking the news, with the following description:
