A FULL BLOWN CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS

As you have doubtless observed, America is in a uncharted constitutional waters! Liberty Counsel is deeply entrenched in many battles protecting the constitutional rights of people of faith. Your support of Liberty Counsel is support for the Constitution and everything it protects.  Please see my report below — Mat.

The rights our Constitution was created to protect are being attacked like never before by what is being called "the swamp" or the "Deep State." Every branch of government — including the Department of Justice — have been deeply affected.

The Obama administration systematically "weaponized" federal agencies against citizens who opposed "fundamental change" in our government and later targeted the Trump administration.

Now, far-Left politicians and Deep State operatives are engaged in an all-out assault on President Donald Trump and his agenda. This is especially focused on the federal judiciary because President Trump has the chance to fill a large number of open judicial seats with judges who respect the Constitution. Yet, obstructionists in Congress continue delaying and demonizing his judicial appointments, as we witnessed first-hand in the recent Senate hearings to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. In reality, the Left wants to keep judicial activism in the courts in order to make the Constitution serve their misguided goals.

Many judicial appointments greatly affect what Liberty Counsel can accomplish in court . . . as we have seen in a number of our key cases over the years.

Here are two examples of how the radicalization of the judiciary has corrupted justice in America:

We are representing pro-life clients in New York, initially facing a pro-abortion state Attorney General who, incredibly, said, "We are not a nation where you can choose your point of view."

In fact, expressing your point of view is exactly what the First Amendment protects!
Pro-abortion forces want to use this case to bully pro-life Americans into silence across the nation.

In another critical pro-life and free speech battlefront, our client Sandra Merritt has faced the full force of both Planned Parenthood's deep-pocketed legal team and a renegade California Attorney General intent on destroying free speech in his state.

Your support of Liberty Counsel is support for the Constitution and everything it protects. And now, in an erroneously named "Commit To Inclusion" campaign, the National LGBT Bar Association specifically names and targets Liberty Counsel and calls on lawyers to SIGN A PLEDGE to never work with Liberty Counsel.

The chilling fact is that our liberties cannot survive if we do not fight back against subversives who want to destroy our constitutional form of government! And with mid-term elections just around the corner, these liberties hang in the balance as never before.

In this toxic legal environment, it is vital that Liberty Counsel maintains a strong voice for faith-based liberty in our nation. As you know, we do not charge our clients for representation. Their cause becomes our cause . . . and YOUR cause as well, because threats to life, liberty, and freedom impact every American.

Liberty Counsel is standing against radical legal forces attempting to destroy the Constitution and to bring down our American way of life. But we can't do it alone.
