FOR THOUGH WE LIVE IN THE WORLD,
WE
DO NOT WAGE WAR AS THE WORLD DOES.

THE WEAPONS WE FIGHT WITH
ARE
NOT THE WEAPONS OF THE WORLD.
ON
THE CONTRARY,
THEY
HAVE DIVINE POWER
TO
DEMOLISH STRONGHOLDS.

WE DEMOLISH ARGUMENTS
AND
EVERY PRETENSION
THAT
SETS ITSELF UP AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD,
AND
WE TAKE CAPTIVE EVERY THOUGHT
TO
MAKE IT OBEDIENT TO CHRIST.

The
World is a Pretense.
It
Pretends to know something;
That
it is going somewhere.
But
without Faith in Christ Jesus it is going Nowhere,
Except
to a Destination that they will regret.
All
their Science and Technology,
That
they Exult in, is as Child's Play to God.
There
was a sign, along the highway in the Idaho Desert
That
said: ARE YOU LOST?
Don't
worry, your making good time.
That
is the condition of the World;
It
is Lost, but making good time in doing so.
