Obama wants to take over everything

The view of the Founding Fathers, as expressed in the Constitution, is that the federal government would be small and have limited responsibilities. Here's how James Madison put it in Federalist No. 45:
"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce. ... The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives and liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the State."
The whole point of the American form of government was to reserve as many powers as possible to the individual states. The genius of the Founders' Constitution (not the one mangled by the courts) is that it preserved local control to the maximum degree possible.
The Founders believed, as do all right thinking Americans today, that as much as possible, decisions should be made by those who have to live with the consequences of those decisions.
Liberals, however, have a much different view of things, a view which is exceedingly dangerous and tends inexorably toward tyranny. In their elitist arrogance, they believe that only they are smart enough to run everything. Citizen class Americans, like you and me, aren't smart enough to run our own lives, let alone our cities and our states. And they wish to run them for us.
President Obama promised us that if elected he would "fundamentally transform" America. As his time is growing short, he is showing us more and more of what that means, and it's not pretty.
Three stories today on Drudge highlight the alarming reality that Obama and his minions have set their sights on taking over the election process at every level, taking over every police force in America, and running the entire justice system at every level from their enclaves in Washington, D.C.
Jeh Johnson, the director of Homeland Security, articulated earlier this month that the government is about to decide that the election process is a matter of "critical infrastructure" like roads and bridges, and that since the federal government has done such a bangup job with that, we ought to let them tell us how to run our elections.
"We should carefully consider whether our election system, our election process, is critical infrastructure like the financial sector, like the power grid," Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said.
"There's a vital national interest in our election process, so I do think we need to consider whether it should be considered by my department and others (sic) critical infrastructure."
This would obviously have alarming implications for electoral fraud. Right now, electoral fraud is contained. It happens, but it is localized at the state or county level. It doesn't metastasize tumor-like into adjacent counties or adjacent states.
The possibilities for uncontrolled and uncontrollable mischief if the power to regulate the entire election process is concentrated in Washington is too horrible to contemplate. Not the least of these possibilities is the overturning of any election results the elite don't happen to like, on the grounds of some contrived technicality.

If that wasn't frightening enough, we discover that George Soros is at work using his billions of dollars to quietly take over the nation's entire justice system by electing activist and politically-driven prosecutors at every level possible. These compromised prosecutors would use the power of the office to punish the politically incorrect good guys, again on contrived charges, and allow the politically correct bad guys to skate.
Says Politico, "The billionaire financier has channeled more than $3 million into seven local district-attorney campaigns in six states over the past year – a sum that exceeds the total spent on the 2016 presidential campaign by all but a handful of rival super-donors."
Secular, liberal regressives have already tumbled to the enormous influence of local DAs. "The prosecutor exercises the greatest discretion and power in the system. It is so important," said Andrea Dew Steele, president of Emerge America, a candidate-training organization for Democratic women. "There's been a confluence of events in the past couple years and all of the sudden, the progressive community is waking up to this."
If that wasn't bad enough, Soros also aims to put all local law enforcement under the thumb of our federal overlords, using police shootings as the excuse. Here are some brief excerpts from a leaked memo from a May board meeting of his Open Society Foundation (emphasis mine):
"... the White House recently launched the Policing Data Initiative to explore how best to use data and technology to build trust, voice, and solutions to improve community policing...We are gaining a better understanding of these efforts in order to determine how best USP can use this moment to create a national movement...The police killings of African-American men in Ferguson, Staten Island, most recently in North Charleston, Baltimore, and many other American cities, highlight that reform of policing policy and practice must be integral to our criminal justice agenda...they are also critically related to our goal of reducing incarceration...Perhaps more promising is the taskforce empaneled by President Obama on policing, which developed more than 60 recommendations to provide direct support and guidance to localities on how to improve policing practices...(we) are advocating for specific reforms at the city and state levels."
Bottom line: President Obama wants the federal government to run every election at every level, run every police department in every community in America, and manage every prosecutor's office everywhere. Does that sound "few and defined" to you?

My comments: Obama and his Administration, Hillary and the Democrats are simply Emissaries of Satan. They are Preparing America and the World to receive the son of Satan, the Beast of Revelation as their "god." To accomplish this Objective they need Total Control.
