Ted Cruz said it best in a Wall Street Journal piece following Barack Hussein Obama’s State of the Union Address earlier this year: “Dictatorships are often characterized by an abundance of laws. When a president can pick and choose which laws to follow and which to ignore, he is no longer a president.”

Since then, Obama has shown even more contempt for the rule of law – the latest being his decision to trade five hardened terrorists for a U.S. Army deserter who characterized America “the most conceited country in the world” before going over the hill and befriending the Taliban for the last five years.

The law says the president must consult with Congress before arranging any such prisoner swaps.

I would go one further than Cruz: Obama has never been my president. I have steadfastly refused to acknowledge him as such. He is undeserving of the honorific. To this day, I am unconvinced he is even eligible for office.

When it was convenient and expedient for him to claim he was born in Kenya – both as a student and as the author of his first book – he chose to do just that. When he began running for president, he refused to clarify the surroundings of his background by turning his birth certificate into a state secret. When he finally released the long-form document, it was rejected by expert analysts, including the only law enforcement investigation done, as fraudulent.

But that’s a can of worms few want to reopen – besides Donald Trump and me.

We probably won’t find out for 20 years that Trump, Jerome Corsi and I are right and the rest of the semi-official media are wrong.

We were lectured over and over again that it was simply racist to question the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama. We were lectured over and over again that the issue of his eligibility was a sideshow. We were lectured over and over again that we had to stick to “the issues,” as if we hadn’t done that, too, or that the Constitution and “the issues” were mutually exclusive.

Where has all that wisdom led America?

To a second term.

Yes, Obama fooled America twice.

And now, short of a midterm election sweep in 2014 that deposes not only Democrats from control of the Senate but Republican enablers from leadership in the House that could lead to impeachment and conviction, where are we?

We are headed to two more years of political and cultural rot from the head that could finish off the American dream of liberty, limited government, self-government and one nation under God.

It will be no consolation to me to be able to say, “I told you so.”

Something must be done.

Obama lied – repeatedly. Obama broke the law – repeatedly.

• He sold Obamacare as a plan that would allow Americans to keep their old health plans and doctors if they liked them.
• He unilaterally amended the law illegally several times – legislating unconstitutionally from the executive branch.
• He exposed a CIA operative a week ago – a criminal offense that has sent others to jail.
• He blamed the slaughter of Americans in Benghazi on a YouTube video when he knew it was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack for which he failed to mount a rescue mission.

Do I need to go on?

My comments: Obama by his lawless actions has disqualified himself to be President. The Founders did not and could not anticipate such a lawless person in the Executive Office. The fact that Obama is in executive office is the shame of the American Electorate, the shame of the nation. Nevertheless, there are many godless, Secular Humanists who applaud all that Obama has done. America is in the midst of a spiritual battle for the soul of America and the godless are currently winning. Unless America REPENTS and turns back to God she is FINISHED.
