American
Judges defy God Almighty
In
ruling same-sex marriage Constitutional,
In
many cases overriding the vote of the people against it.
This
was most recently done in Pennsylvania and Oregon.
Until
2003 Same-sex marriage was banned in all 50 states.
This
is the same Constitution put in place by men who honored God
And
now defiled by godless, Secular Humanist Judges
Who
have no regard for God whatsoever.
Christ
Jesus defined marriage this way:
'Haven't
you read,' he [Christ Jesus]
replied,
'That
at the beginning the Creator made them male and female,
And
said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother
And
the Two will become one flesh'?
So
they are no longer two, but one.
Therefore
what God has joined together, let man not separate.'
(Matthew
19:4-6)
God has made clear in His Word that homosexuality is an abomination to Him.
Every
state where same-sex marriage is allowed
Is
now under the CURSE of God Almighty for DISOBEDIENCE to Him.
Listen
:
If
you do not obey the Lord your God and do not carefully follow all His
Commands and decrees I am given you today,
All
these CURSES will come upon you and overtake you:
You
will be CURSED in the city and CURSED in the country.
Your
basket and you kneading trough will be CURSED.
The
fruit of your womb will be CURSED, and the crops of your land,
And
the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
You
will be CURSED when you come in and CURSED when you go out.
(Deuteronomy
28:15-19)
For
the full picture of the CURSES your must read all of Deuteronomy 28.
This
is America that is already under a CURSE from God Almighty
Because
of its WANTON ABORTION.
Following
is World Magazine's analysis
Of
America's same-sex marriage situation:
Pennsylvania’s voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage became the latest law felled by a federal judge on Tuesday.
“We
now join the 12 federal district courts across the country which,
when confronted with these inequities in their own states, have
concluded that all couples deserve equal dignity in the realm of
civil,” U.S. District Judge John E. Jones wrote in his opinion.
Pennsylvania
Gov. Tom Corbett’s office defended his state’s law after Attorney
General Kathleen Kane, who declared it unconstitutional, refused to
fight the legal challenge. Corbett is likely to appeal to the 3rd
U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
The
plaintiffs in the case—a widow, 11 couples and one of the couples'
two teenage daughters—claimed the law inflicts harm on same-sex
couples and their children by depriving them of the legal protections
and tax benefits afforded to married couples.
The
last two days have been busy for same-sex marriage court cases. An
Oregon judge overturned that state’s ban on Monday. And a federal
court in Utah ordered state officials there to recognize more than
1,000 gay marriages conducted after a judge overturned its law. After
two weeks, the U.S. Supreme court stopped the ceremonies with an
emergency stay. The Obama administration announced it would recognize
the unions, whether the state did or not.
The state of marriage
Until
2003, same-sex marriage was banned in all 50 states. But a lot has
changed in the last decade. Seventeen states now allow same-sex
marriage, either through legislative action or voter referendum.
After the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the
federal Defense of Marriage Act in 2013, judges in six states have
struck down statues upholding traditional marriage. More judges
likely will follow suit, and the question of whether states can
determine what constitutes marriage within their borders will
eventually be decided by the nation’s highest court.
The
map below shows the state of marriage in each state, with more
details about each one listed below.
