Two weeks after Vanessa Sivadge anonymously reported that her employer, Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), was not only performing child sex changes in violation of state law, but also committing Medicaid fraud in the process, Joe Biden sent two armed FBI agents to her door to intimidate the young nurse into silence.

Since childhood, Vanessa had dreamed of becoming a nurse. She was overjoyed when she landed a registered nurse position at the nation’s largest children’s hospital, TCH. But that dream turned into a nightmare when she was assigned to TCH’s so-called “transgender” services unit.
“They want to play God,” Vanessa says of the doctors leading TCH’s secret child clinic. Parents would come in with their children, and doctors would shoot down the parent’s attempts to identify their children by the child’s biological sex, while also pointedly ignoring the fact that every child had autism and/or significant mental health issues like depressive disorders and anxiety diagnosis, and often physical disabilities.
Instead of treating the underlying mental health issues, the doctors would “manipulate” the children, Vanessa reported, into puberty blockers, hormone implants, and mutilating surgeries.
“Transgender medicine is hugely lucrative,” Vanessa says. “It’s like 70,000 to 80,000 dollars per kid if they go through with the whole thing—all the pharmacology drugs, all these companies that are making millions of dollars.”
Parents were bullied into silence out of fear. “They’re scared of being reported to Child Protective Services,” Vanessa says. They’re scared that if they don’t affirm their child, that their kid is going to commit suicide and do self-harm—which is a lie. And they’re intimidated by these doctors that are on the side of their kid and have a lot of power. They [the doctors] could report them and then their child could be taken away from them.”
Vanessa felt “sick to her stomach” witnessing these exchanges. Sometimes, she said she would need to take a break to go outside and cry.
“I truly feel like there is a demonic presence at my workplace,” says Vanessa. What she witnessed was nothing less than “deeds of evil and darkness.”
“I’m so 100 percent against this whole ideology and this movement of children just feeling like they were born in the wrong body, and then being ‘affirmed’ by adults who want to take advantage of them and make a buck,” Vanessa says.

To add insult to injury, the hospital and the doctors were committing financial fraud to make those big bucks.
“The largest children’s hospital in the country is illegally billing Medicaid for transgender procedures,” Vanessa says. “It is evident that the hospital continues to believe it is above the law not just by concealing the existence of their transgender medicine program from the public but by stealing from the federal government.”
Two months after her whistleblower report, FBI agents pounded on Vanessa Sivadge’s door.
“They threatened me,” Vanessa says. “They promised they would make life difficult for me if I was trying to protect the leaker. They said I was ‘not safe’ at work and claimed that someone at my workplace had given my name to the FBI.”
Despite public opinion turning against the mutilation and sterilization of children, Joe Biden’s DOJ is fanatically committed to the cause — and is willing to destroy anyone who dares speak against it.
“Justice Department officials seem to be pursuing harder methods of ideological enforcement—investigating, threatening, and indicting whistleblowers,” says Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute and journalist who worked with the whistleblowers to break the story in 2023. While Rufo has been working with these whistleblowers and others speaking out against the transgender ideology maiming our children, he has learned something terrifying: “If you expose the barbarism that is happening in American gender clinics, the message seems to be, you risk imprisonment.”
“The Department of Justice has not shied away from targeting political opponents of the Biden administration: former President Trump; conservative school board protesters; persons praying outside of abortion clinics; and now, doctors who dissent from transgender ideology,” says Rufo, who is likely to be dragged into the case over his reporting.
But despite FBI threats and DOJ harassment, Vanessa will not back down.
“My faith and my gut, just knowing right from wrong, compels me to take a stand against these deeds of evil and darkness,” Vanessa says . “I was born for this. I have no doubt this is what I am supposed to do.”
