Genocide is happening every single day right here in America. Millions of innocent helpless children are being sacrificed on the altars of fear, convenience, and greed.
In this brutal age in which we are living, EVERY DAY MATTERS, because every day is one less day we have to battle for life. Yesterday, 2,813 children were literally torn apart alive in their mother’s womb.
As we move toward November, with pro-abortion initiatives appearing on multiple state ballots as well as the litigation before us at Liberty Counsel, we are cognizant of the fact that every single day that abortion remains legal in the United States, children are dying. And they are killed in the most brutal fashion. Their little limbs are literally ripped apart.
Time is of the essence.
In 2023 alone, 1,026,690 American children died by abortion. That’s a 10% increase since 2020.
The most extreme abortion bill ever introduced in Congress is only ONE VOTE from passing.
Demand Congress VOTE NO on HR 12 — the bill to make unlimited abortion up to birth and override every state law.
But there is good news: Birth rates are soaring in states that have taken steps to protect the unborn. An analysis of birth statistics from January 1 to June 30 of 2023, showed that there was an increase of 32,000 births in states with pro-life laws. In Texas alone, the birth rate skyrocketed in the last nine months of 2022 after the Lone Star state’s law took effect in 2021, with 9,799 more births than expected. Those two periods alone represent nearly 42,000 lives SAVED — enough people to fill a football stadium.

The pro-abortion Society of Family Planning’s WeCount study found that on average from July 2022 to June 2023, there were 114,590 FEWER abortions in states that restricted abortion after Dobbs overturned Roe v. Wade. Another study confirms this data, showing abortions decreased by 96% in states that restricted abortion after Roe was overturned.
Time is precious, every day matters, every day must build on the previous day with urgency to reach the objective — saving lives!
Across the country, Planned Parenthood has backed deceitful ballot initiatives that seek to make unlimited abortion on demand a state “right.” In Washington, those same forces are pushing HR 12, legislation that would make unlimited abortion up until birth a federal right.
If we wait until these pro-abortion actions come to fruition, it will be too late. Every day that passes, more children will be slaughtered in the womb. We must rescue children destined for destruction before they take their first breath. We must never get complacent about the fact that at least 2,813 children a DAY — the equivalent of an entire city high school — are dying of abortion right here in our own country. We cannot simply live like this slaughter isn’t happening in our own backyard.
At this moment in history, we have the ability to make a difference. That’s why I am asking for your immediate help.
Fax Congress and demand they VOTE NO on HR 12, a measure I call the “Planned Parenthood Protection Act.” This bill seeks to overturn ALL abortion laws and replace them with unlimited abortion up to birth. There is a razor-thin ONE VOTE margin in the U.S. House. We must press these Republicans like never before to protect the unborn.
