The WHO’s new Pandemic Treaty (which the Biden administration prefers to call an “agreement”) establishes the WHO as a world authority by using enforceable language like “shall” respecting each nation (referred to as a “party” or “state”).
In statutory language, aka legal terms, the word “shall” means “must.” Compliance is not discretionary. It is mandatory!
The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty uses the word “shall” no less than 164 times. That creates new obligations that each member country MUST enact or be dragged before the United Nations’ World Court to face fines and sanctions until it complies with the obligations agreed to in this legally binding document.
And what exactly “must” America do if Joe Biden signs us on to the WHO’s freedom-killing new treaty?
The treaty states: “To implement the provisions in this Article, each Party shall ...” (emphasis added). The WHO then provides page after page of directives, including — but not limited to — each of the following: - Create and internationally share “digital health” passports on everything from test results, mandated vaccines, medical history, and any information the WHO demands.
- Assert WHO’s control for any “risk” of international disease.
- Allow the WHO to control “supply chains and logistics.”
- Create health care as a “right” for international socialized medicine.
- Elevate plants, animals, and the ecosystem as equal to human life and demand standards of control over everything from plants to pets.
- Create an internationally controlled system of “official” medical laboratories and U.N.-run experiment/testing centers.
- Censor information the WHO considers to be “disinformation” and/or “misinformation.”
- Allow the WHO to control access to approved medicines.
- Force the WHO’s international mandates at local “community levels.”
- Allow the WHO to control development and patents, crippling intellectual and private property rights.
- Allow the WHO to define and enforce “equity” in health care.
- Allow WHO dictates to control water access and management.
- Enforce WHO directives on forcing medical staff and facilities to participate in abortion, LGBTQ, forced “vaccinations,” and more.
What’s listed in the bullet points above is just the beginning. The WHO reserves the right to create further rules at any time in the future — and every member country SHALL be bound by those rules.
As an attorney, I can tell you these mandates, as listed, are troubling enough. However, it is foolish to sign a contract binding America to future unknown conditions. But that is exactly what will happen to the U.S. if Joe Biden is allowed to sign these documents.
America will be bound by the bullet points above and all unknown FUTURE rules the WHO imposes. If we refuse to abide by those current and future rules, America will be dragged before the United Nations’ international courts where we will be sued and sanctioned into compliance.
I am pleased, cautiously, to tell you that we are making progress: - The Louisiana Senate voted unanimously to stop the WHO.
- A resolution was just filed in Oklahoma to stop the WHO.
- Alabama passed a resolution opposing the WHO.
- A state ballot initiative opposing the WHO is pending in Georgia.
- A significant development is rising through a team of state attorneys general.
- Every state GOP chairman has been asked to oppose the WHO.
- Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) became the 49th senator to sign on to S 444 to require that Joe Biden obtain a 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate.
- And much more.
However, The U.N.’s international courts do not allow organizations like ours to argue or even brief cases before them. Not even state attorneys general can argue before the U.N. courts. Instead, we would have to rely on the U.S. attorney general’s office to bring or defend our rights before that court. And as we have seen, particularly in the Obama and Biden administrations, we cannot count on the U.S. Department of Justice to defend American liberties and rights.
Let’s not allow the problem to get that far. YOU can stop the train wreck ahead by insisting that Congress IMMEDIATELY pass HR 1425 and S 444, the “No WHO Pandemic Treaty without Senate Approval Act.” |
