The National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood have once again gone on the attack, in yet another twisted attempt to hide the evidence of their crimes. In 2014 and 2015, our client, Sandra Merritt, and her colleague, David Daleiden, filmed a series of undercover videos in which Planned Parenthood doctors and others openly bragged about committing the most horrific acts, including dismembering LIVING children, to feed their gruesome and illegal, but highly profitable, baby body parts sales scheme. For years, abortionists have been successful at hiding the damning videos from the public.  But after a member of Congress exposed the videos for all to see, the abortion lobby rushed back to court in a panic to hide the videos once and for all ... but they might be in for a surprise. Friend, For nearly 10 years, Planned Parenthood (PP) and the politicians it funds have tried to hide a series of jaw-dropping videos in which high-ranking PP officials gloat about dismembering living babies to skirt federal partial birth abortion bans, all so they can receive higher prices for the baby organs. Kamala Harris, when she was attorney general of California, tried to seize these videos so the public would never see them. When that didn’t work, Planned Parenthood demanded an injunction that would prevent the videos from ever being released to the public. Judge William Orrick III, who just happens to be the FOUNDER of the Good Samaritan Family Resource Center that housed Planned Parenthood of Northern California, granted that injunction, and the abortionists were able to hide their crimes ... for a little while, at least. On March 19, 2024, a congressional hearing entitled “Investigating the Black Market of Baby Organ Harvesting” was led by Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) with participation from Reps. Chip Roy (R-TX), and Mary Miller (R-IL).  The legislators used their congressional authority to play the very videos the National Abortion Federation, Planned Parenthood, and Judge Orrick want hidden. No wonder the abortionists fought so hard to hide these videos! In the films, Planned Parenthood officials bragged about tearing the arms and legs off viable, partially born, LIVING babies to hide the fact they were performing federally banned partial birth abortions. “If I’m seeing that I’m in fear that it’s about to come to the umbilicus [navel], I might ask for a second set of forceps to hold the body at the cervix and pull off a leg or two, so it’s not PBA [partial birth abortion],” bragged Planned Parenthood’s chief medical officer for the Gulf Coast. Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s vice president of abortion access chimed in, saying, “[O]ther days it’s [the baby] like more intact where it’s like maybe only like an arm that’s disarticulated.” In the videos, the doctors admitted WHY they are performing these abortions — so they could get higher prices for the babies’ organs. In one video, Planned Parenthood New York City’s medical director for abortion services bragged that the clinic gets paid anywhere from 1,000 to 1,500 dollars per baby liver. Panicked at having their horrific crimes against humanity further exposed, the National Abortion Federation rushed back to court last week, demanding the judge punish Sandra’s colleague, David Daleiden, for sharing the videos after Congress played them. But Judge Orrick stated Monday that his hands may be tied.  The injunction does not apply to members of Congress.  When Rep. Greene aired these videos, they became part of the public record. “I’m not aware of any control or authority that I have with respect to congressional conduct,” Orrick said. Orrick noted that Congress has the right to perform investigations and to make the discovered information public.  If Orrick attempted to silence Daleiden from repeating anything made public during the hearing, he admitted he would likely be violating Daleiden’s First Amendment right to free speech. Judge Orrick gave the National Abortion Federation one week to produce any legal precedent that would allow him to further silence Daleiden. As we await that decision, the civil and criminal charges against Sandra Merritt continue.
