A dangerous law is taking gender identity to the max.
In the middle of April, the German Parliament decided to pass the “Self-Determination Act” or the SBGG.
As Reduxx Magazine noted, this bill “establishes ‘gender identity’ as a protected characteristic and allows parents to change the sex marker on their children’s documents from birth.”
With this piece of legislation, young teenagers will be able to change their legal identities.
As the AP reported, “The new rules allow minors 14 years and older to change their name and legal gender with approval from their parents or guardians.”
However, if the family does not agree to the child’s wishes to transition, it is possible for the child to request for the court to overrule their family’s decision.
Justice Minister Marco Buschman believes that at the end of the day parents will ask themselves “What is the best thing for my child?”
He also supports the bill because he believes that those who identify as transgender are currently uncomfortable with society’s questioning of their lifestyle and choices.
“Those affected have found this questioning very degrading,” Buschmann said.

Spain and the United Kingdom have also passed similar laws that allow teenagers 16 and older to proceed with legally changing their registered gender.
While these radical measures are taking over Europe, we should not be surprised if these same extreme ideologies try to permeate America.
This Easter alone we saw the horror of the president declaring Easter “Transgender Day of Visibility.”
“On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirm our Nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect Union—where all people are created equally throughout their lives,” a White House statement read.
While Transgender Day of Visibility has been around for years, the fact that the White House took this position on the day when millions of Christians were celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ is telling.
This is not the moment to believe every single lie infiltrating through society.
The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 17:9 that “The heart is more deceitful than all things and desperately wicked; who can understand it?”
Following our heart alone will not bring us into greater righteousness.
Only by adhering to the Word of God alone can we find true freedom and joy.
