Friend,
The U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force announced they would transfer LGBTQ service members to other posts if they felt “unsafe” or “discriminated against” by state laws at their current duty stations.
Yet, the very same military continues to openly discriminate against Christians and other people of faith. Pray that Judge Steven Merryday finally issues class protection for all service members in our case.
Sandra*, the wife of one of our active-duty plaintiffs and who also previously served in the military herself, finds it insulting that Biden’s military will accommodate the LGBTQ service members, but not Christians.
“We're stationed in a state that medically and religiously discriminates,” Sandra wrote.
The state she was in banned ivermectin and forced Christians to wear masks at church.
Sandra noted the hypocrisy of the latest insane policies, stating, “I doubt they'd consider a safety transfer for [her active-duty husband] to Florida where he/we could access different treatment options and preventative treatments as well as attend church without mask mandates.”
Sandra is right. While Biden is more than happy to accommodate the LGBTQ crowd, Christians and people of faith are being forced out.
The pressure on service members who oppose the COVID shots is almost unbearable.
Sadly, some have even taken their lives thinking there is no hope.
I cannot begin to describe the anguish these brave service members and their families face EACH DAY!

Last year, Biden began to unlawfully violate the constitutional and federal religious freedom protections of service members in his attempt to force them to take his unlicensed, non-FDA-approved, highly dangerous COVID jabs.
Liberty Counsel is suing the DOD and the military branches over this blatant discrimination against religious adherents in our massive landmark case Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin, where we are seeking protection for tens of thousands of service members from every branch of the military.
Beginning last week and through July, there will be a lot of activity in the court before Judge Merryday. I will update you more in a later email.
But there was other big news as well.
Yet another high-ranking service member has stepped forward as a whistleblower, exposing more lies coming from Biden’s DOD.
For months, the Army has claimed that only a tiny fraction of service members remain unvaccinated.
As recently as March 2022, the Army claimed that just 4%, or approximately 8,000 soldiers, had not been vaccinated.
But according to internal U.S. Army documents shared by the whistleblower, more than 120,000 soldiers remain unvaccinated in the Army alone.
The leaked documents go on to state that Joe Biden’s demand to get the shot or be kicked out of the service is seriously jeopardizing military readiness.
In the Army National Guard alone, the Army report states, “projected losses could drive [the Army National Guard] below 70% available strength.”
Hundreds of thousands of Americans have been injured or killed by the experimental COVID drugs, which skipped 7-10 years of safety testing.
Many Christians and people of faith refuse to take the abortion-linked jabs.
Those who did not file a religious or medical accommodation request have already been kicked out or are in the process of being kicked out of the military.
Those with religious accommodation requests face immense pressure and are at different stages of being processed out of the service.
And now our military readiness is about to crater—but Joe Biden still refuses to give up his unlawful shot mandates.
I can assure you, we will not leave anyone behind.
Last Thursday, as we approached Independence Day, Liberty Counsel was fighting for our brave military members’ religious freedom.
We amended our complaint with the court, adding yet more active-duty Marine plaintiffs, and we filed to extend class certification to the Marine Corps.
Additionally, we filed for an extension of the temporary restraining order protecting our Air Force Cadet plaintiff.
Over the coming days, there will be yet more activity for all branches of the service. I will write more as I can.
As we celebrate Independence Day today, please help us defend the rights and freedoms of the very people who defend OUR freedom every day.
Please, stand with us and those who faithfully defend America’s precious religious freedom!
