THE DEM'S HORRIFIC "TRANSGENDER BILL OF RIGHTS"

 

House Democrats have introduced a horrendous bill along the lines of the LGBTQ “Equality Act 2.0.”  But this version is even worse than the original “Equality Act,” as it not only seeks to impose the LGBTQ agenda everywhere and on everyone, but also seeks to impose abortion protections on the states far more radical than Roe v. Wade. The bill is designated H.Res. 1209, the so-called “Transgender Bill of Rights,” and it already has 94 co-sponsors! Your speech, social media, websites, church, schools, day care, work, insurance plans, medical care and more will be affected.  But we can stop this outrageous bill if we act now! — Mat

Churches and religious schools must have the right to teach the next generation biblical values. 

Without this freedom, churches and church schools will close or go underground. 

Communist countries relentlessly target churches and their schools to silence them. 

That is exactly what H.Res. 1209 seeks to implement. 

This so-called “Transgender Bill of Rights” is even more radical than the original “Equality Act.”

Imagine your children at church or Christian school being taught by a male "drag queen," and the church and school are powerless to say, "No, this violates our biblical beliefs!" 

Seem far-fetched? It's not.

We have a case of a public elementary school teacher in Madison, Wisconsin, who sent the K-5 children a video telling the youngsters to no longer refer to him as "Mr." 

From henceforth, they must refer to him as "Mx." because he is "neither male nor female." 

He says he is "both, and sometimes neither."

If this person, who now goes by "Mx. Steel," taught your children in your church or school, H.Res. 1209 would give him the legal right to do what he did in his public school. 

Resistance would result in lawsuits by the state attorney general and private individuals for "discrimination."

The Transgender Bill of Rights will force churches and religious schools—pre-K through college—to remain silent and submit.

Not only will churches and religious schools face costly lawsuits, but they'll also lose their tax exemption, and schools will lose accreditation. 

For most colleges and universities, loss of accreditation is a death sentence.

The nationwide ITT Technical Institute closed after losing accreditation. 

With students unable to get student loans and not being able to go on to graduate school, the loss of accreditation is devastating.

H.Res. 1209 will be used to compel churches and religious organizations that perform marriage ceremonies to provide the facilities for same-sex ceremonies … or face crushing lawsuits.

Abuse shelters for women will be forced to allow men to sleep in the same rooms with women. 

Churches will be forced to allow boys to sleep with girls on overnight trips.

H.Res. 1209 will affect everyone—including the individual working part time from home providing goods or services online. 

It is a massive expansion of the federal government’s domineering power!

Time is short, and every vote counts.

Chris Weaver led “worship” at his “church” in New York called Zoe Ministries. 

Yet Chris would go straight from church to put on makeup and perform in drag as "Nedra Belle" at local specialized bars.

He even bragged to a reporter, “Listen, the children better be ready” for his drag queen performance as “Nedra Belle.”

If H.Res. 1209 passes, trying to stop someone like Weaver from performing in drag at your church or synagogue would be met with lawsuits, fines, loss of tax exemption and more.

We have a narrow window to stop this bill.

By the way, the “Q” in LGBTQ stands for “Queer.” 

This word covers the entire universe of “sexual orientations” outside of LGBT—which means it includes "minor-attracted individuals" (pedophilia). 

This is NOT an exaggeration! Every deviant behavior is covered by the “Q."

H.Res. 1209 also includes the word “nonbinary,” which is also an umbrella term for many sexual paraphilias. 

These are deviant perversions and must not become a protected class under federal law.

Make no mistake, this bill is a real threat. 

It paints a huge target on the backs of every law-abiding American.
