Churches and religious schools must have the right to teach the next generation biblical values.
Without this freedom, churches and church schools will close or go underground.
Communist countries relentlessly target churches and their schools to silence them.
That is exactly what H.Res. 1209 does.
Imagine your children at church or Christian school being taught by a male "drag queen," and the church and school is powerless to say, "No, this violates our biblical beliefs!" Seems far-fetched? It's not.
We actually have a case in which an elementary teacher in Madison, Wisconsin, sent the K-5 children a video telling the youngsters to no longer refer to him as "Mr." From henceforth, they must refer to him as "Mx." because he is "neither male nor female." He says he is "both, and sometimes neither."
If this person, who now goes by "Mx. Steel," taught children in your church or school, H.Res. 1209 would give him the legal right to do what he did in this misguided public school.
Violations of H. Res. 1209 would be taken up by the Department of Justice (DOJ) EEOC and Department of Labor to litigate and enforce the LGBTQ agenda.
Resistance would result in lawsuits by the DOJ, state attorneys general and private individuals for "discrimination."
H.Res. 1209 will force churches and religious schools—pre-K through college—to remain silent and submit to every perverted LGBTQ desire.

Not only will churches and religious schools face costly lawsuits, but they'll also lose their tax exemptions and schools will lose accreditation.
For most colleges and universities, loss of accreditation is a death sentence.
Remember the for-profit ITT Technical Institute?
It closed after losing accreditation.
With students unable to get student loans and not being able to go on to graduate school, the loss of accreditation is devastating.
H.Res. 1209 will also force churches and religious organizations that perform marriage ceremonies to provide the facilities for same-sex ceremonies … or face crushing lawsuits.
Abuse shelters for women will be forced to allow men to sleep in the same rooms with women.
Churches will be forced to allow boys to sleep with girls on overnight trips.
H.Res. 1209 will affect everyone—including the individual working part time from home providing goods or services online.
It is a massive expansion of the federal government’s domineering power!
Time is short and every vote counts.

Chris Weaver led “worship” at his “church” in New York called Zoe Ministries.
Yet Chris would go straight from church to put on makeup and perform in drag as "Nedra Belle" at local specialized bars.
He even bragged to a reporter, “Listen, the children better be ready” for his drag queen performance as “Nedra Belle.”
If H.Res. 1209 passes, trying to stop someone like Weaver from performing in drag at your church or synagogue would be met with lawsuits, fines, loss of tax exemption and more.
We have a narrow window to stop this bill.

By the way, the “Q” in LGBTQ stands for “Queer.”
This word covers the universe of “sexual orientations” outside of LGBT—which means it includes "minor-attracted individuals" (pedophilia).
This is NOT an exaggeration!
Every deviant behavior is covered by the “Q.”
H.Res. 1209 also includes the word “nonbinary,” which is also an umbrella term for a long list of perversions.
The Transgender Bill of Rights would protect these perversions through federal law.
Make no mistake, this bill is a real threat.
It paints a huge target on the backs of every law-abiding American.
