As you read this message today, the CEO and attorneys of one of the nation's largest corporations will be reading our legal letter demanding the company comply with federal and state law and provide religious accommodations for their employees facing vaccine mandates.
Here's what one of our clients wrote about the misguided company mandate: "There are countless reasons why I will not take this vaccine for COVID," writes Stanley.
"The main one, of course, is that this vaccine is a derivative of aborted babies, and the mRNA technology is an affront to my Creator."
In addition to Stanley's religious exemption claim is a medical exemption claim for Bell's palsy, a known side effect of the COVID shots. Stanley had Bell's palsy earlier in his life, meaning he is highly vulnerable.
One of Stanley's co-workers suffered the ill effect of the employer's mandate.
Douglas* was desperate to keep the job that fed his family.
Tragically, Douglas dropped dead of anaphylactic shock just hours after the needle went in his arm.

Our case against Maine and five of the state's largest hospitals is in court today.
Gov. Janet Mills seems to think that federal law does not apply to Maine.
As a result, the hospitals are not accepting any religious exemptions.
Our dental client there does not want to fire his employees but feels Gov. Mills is ordering him and all other employers to do so.
Yesterday, one of our nurse clients in a western state advised that two nurses (ages 24 and 27) committed suicide from pressure and bullying to get the shots.
I want you to understand the magnitude and seriousness of these mandates. Working with our thousands of desperate clients is emotionally and physically exhausting.
