Over the past few days, I've shared about a very serious threat to Liberty Counsel and the liberties of every Bible-believing Christian in America.
I'm not sure my message got through, so I'm going to be more direct and share from my heart.
Liberty Counsel faces one of the most serious threats in our organization's history from an SPLC-led lawsuit that just got moved to the front burner by the judge.
If we lose this battle, the ramifications will be far-reaching, and not just for Liberty Counsel. If the SPLC succeeds in "tarring and feathering" this organization, how will any Christian group dare to stand up to the SPLC's bullying tactics? And who will be there to defend people of faith when these anti-faith censors throw us out of the public square?
Over the next 30-45 days, I must mount an intensely rigorous defense while we continue a very full docket of pressing and critical legal cases. To do so, I need your help. Specifically, I'm believing for an influx of $100,000 over and above our normal budget in the next 30 days. To meet that goal, we must have at least $35,000 in support between now and the end of the month.
