REAL AMERICA
HEY! TEACHERS! LEAVE THOSE KIDS ALONE
Exclusive: Patrice Lewis takes aim at pushing kindergartners into gender dysphoria
If I squint really hard into the recesses of my memory, I can pull out a few incidents from when I was in kindergarten (1967):
- Just about the first thing we would do every morning was stand and face the flag, cross our right hands over our hearts, and recite the Pledge of Allegiance. I had a hard time pronouncing “indivisible” and wondered if it meant “invisible.”
- Across the top of the blackboard was the alphabet in large and small letters, and every day we chanted the alphabet song as the teacher (Mrs. Wetzen) pointed to the letters. Then she chose a letter and explained what sounds it made.
- We were practicing writing. I made a perfect “H” and said so out loud – just as my teacher came back into the classroom from a bathroom break. I was praised for the “H” but reprimanded for speaking so loudly.
- During an early snowstorm, Mrs. Wetzen stepped out a side door and tried to capture snowflakes to show us under a microscope, but it didn’t work since they melted too fast.
Kindergarten in those days centered on innocent but important themes: patriotism, proper writing, basic math, how to work in groups as well as solo, that kind of thing. Mrs. Wetzen was an older woman, kindly and firm, and adored by her students. She knew how to keep order in a classroom without breaking our young spirits. My brothers and I all had her in turn, and to this day my mother credits Mrs. Wetzen for launching us into solid academic careers.
Since we homeschooled our daughters and therefore skipped the whole school experience, I haven’t set foot in a kindergarten since 1967. But somehow – considering how our society is devolving – I wasn’t surprised to find out little kids are no longer pledging allegiance to our flag, but are still learning about snowflakes (except now it’s the SJW kind).
They’re also being aggressively recruited into transgenderism. Rather than reading stories illustrating moral uprightness or obeying one’s parents or being a nice person or some other elevating theme, tiny kids are being read stories “to illustrate what it means to be transgender.”
At an age where at best the opposite sex traditionally had “cooties,” in a California school a little boy underwent a “transition ceremony” in front of his classmates.
The incident reportedly traumatized some of the students, including girls who went home crying to their parents, asking if they were going to turn into a boy.
Folks, this is psychological warfare.
They are experimenting on tiny children whose grasp of gender is instinctive and therefore beyond thought.
Canada recently passed a shocking law allowing child-protection agents to actually take a child away from his parents if the parents do not acquiesce to the child’s perceived gender identity (since it is “child abuse” not to affirm a transient fantasy with life-altering medical intervention).
Absolute lunacy.
It is beyond my comprehension why society has suddenly seized upon this heartrending mental illness (gender dysphoria) and is doing everything it can not only to normalize it,
but to actually and deliberately cultivate confusion in tiny children barely out of toddler-hood.
We don’t allow young people to vote or drive or drink alcohol until they reach an age where they are deemed mature enough to handle the consequences;
yet somehow we think 5-year-olds are capable of handling these kinds of concepts?
Worse, some evil members of the medical community are calling for young children –
remember, kids who aren’t deemed mature enough to sign contracts but suddenly have the acuity to “identify” as a different gender –
Um, ever thought about the notion that little kids are just trying to make the strangely obsessed grownups happy by stating they “identify” as something?
These days, “identifying” as whatever takes precedence over genetics, biology, common sense and sanity.
People have “identified” as a different gender, a different skin color, a different species, and even as mythical creatures.
Does this sound healthy to you?
Each of the people “identifying” as these things is psychologically disturbed.
They should receive treatment and counseling, not surgery and celebration.
And yet schools are cultivating this mental illness in tiny kids.
Michelle Cretella, president of the American College of Pediatricians, has flat-out denounced such indoctrination as child abuse.
Children are phenomenally susceptible to the power of persuasion, as psychologists have known for decades.
Consider the Ruth Asawa San Francisco School for the Arts, which is proudly instigating a LGBTQ study program.
The agenda will “explore the American experience through a lens that usually isn’t discussed in a traditional history classes.
LGBT Studies will explore the experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, agender individuals across the United States and across the world.”
Why this particular high school?
Well, it seems “fully 28 percent of the students” identify as “lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.”
Whoa. Nearly a third of these kids identify as something else besides straight?
In a nation where the combined stats of non-straight people hovers around 2 percent (and in San Francisco, the number is somewhere around 6 percent),
why are there so many LGBTQ students at this particular school?
Easy. “Identifying” as something besides what you are born as is, quite simply, the trendy hot new thing.
Young people, perpetually eager to garner attention and stand out among their peers, are embracing alternate identities as if it were a harmless little rebellion on the order of spiked hair or torn clothing.
Statistically, deep down, very few of these LGBTQABCXYZ students probably believe what they claim to be, and by the time they grow up and mature, all that nonsense will get left behind.
(“When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.” Gee, why does that sound familiar?)
People, STOP IT. This is madness.
Children are not, as some horrified parents pointed out, an experiment.
It seems the schools have taken the position of shoving politically charged material at children who are way, way too young to know, care, or understand –
all in an effort to bypass parental influence. Remember, Hitler (and many other dictators) pointed out the critical importance of nabbing kids while they were young.
As the old saying goes, your liberty to swing your fist ends just where my nose begins.
I don’t particularly care how anyone lives their life, as long as it’s not taxpayer funded.
But recruiting children into a lifetime of misery at best and mental illness at worst – solely because of some warped sense of social justice – is society’s “nose.”
Stop messing with the children.

My comments: The LEFT will not stop messing with America's Children unless they are put out of their reach. That is the Responsibility of every Parent. Christians must understand the Insidious, Diabolical nature of the LEFT. They are in Overt Rebellion agaist God and His Word. Their Religion is godless, Socialist, Secular Humanism and they are out to Convert our Children and the Nation.
