RADICALS SEEK 'BLACKS-ONLY' NATION IN SOUTH
5 American states where government 'can no longer maintain control'

A black professor who teaches at Michigan has publicly called for the segregation of five states, saying the separation of blacks from whites and other races in select spots would be “fairly easy” to accomplish.
“There are large sections of the United States that have nothing but black people in them already,” said University of Michigan political science professor Christian Davenport, in an interview with the Atlanta Black Star. “There are cults and militias as well as private corporations that do whatever they want behind their closed doors.”
Davenport also said that “in New York and Chicago … organizations like the Nation of Islam occupy decent-size areas in American cities,” the Daily Caller reported.
“The idea,” he went on, “of black folk coming together thus does not seem that difficult to me.”
Davenport also referenced the militant black Republic of New Africa’s mission to form a new and separate black country, due in large part to America’s history with slavery. The same movement also in 1968 pressed for $10,000 in reparation payments for each black American.
According to the vision of the movement, the Republic of New Africa would include the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. The new nation would also separate Florida from the rest of America.
Davenport said the new black country would basically be set in areas the government “can no longer maintain control,” the Daily Caller reported.
“Now, the difficult part becomes arming that nation in an organized fashion and getting recognition from the United States as well as other nations,” he said.
Davenport suggested blacks hoping to spark a revolution and bring about a new community should “move slow” and “not reveal the plan until it is too late,” he said.
“Check members carefully,” Davenport said, “know that the state is monitoring you and prepare for the worst. The minute you go aggressive and militaristic, you cannot wind the clock back. Nation-building is incredibly hard to do and it involves diverse tasks.”
The People’s New Black Panther Party is reportedly among the groups pushing for a “government in a nation within a nation.”
Babu Omowale, the group’s so-called defense minister, said the “end game is land ownership” while describing efforts to “claim” the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia for the new black nation, reported Breitbart.
“We just need to start migrating back to those states and taking control of the economics in those states,” Omowale told reporter Aaron Klein. “If black people move in, most definitely white people will move out. So it’s not a hard process for us to have our own country within a country.”
