OBAMA GAVE INTERPOL A FREE HAND IN AMERICA Obama granted Interpol the
ability to operate within the territorial limits of the United States
without being subject to the same constitutional restraints that
apply to all domestic law enforcement agencies such as the FBI. No
presidential statement or White House press briefing was held on it.
In fact, all that can be found about it on the official White House
Web site is the Dec. 17, 2009 announcement and one-paragraph text of
President Obama's Executive Order 12425, with this innocuous
headline: "Amending Executive Order 12425 Designating Interpol
as a public international organization entitled to enjoy certain
privileges, exemptions, and immunities." In fact, this 2009
directive from Obama may be the most destructive blow ever struck
against American constitutional civil liberties. No wonder the White

DHS Assistant Secretary Bersin was Elected to INTERPOL Executive
Committee. "In October, Secretary Napolitano visited the
INTERPOL headquarters in Lyon, France, where she signed joint
statements with Secretary General Ron Noble to further enhance
cooperation between DHS and INTERPOL on border management and human
trafficking." B Hussein has been building an INTERPOL Police
Force within our United States to work with DHS. Let that sink in.

Eric Holder Secretly Granted Gov. Ability To Develop And Store
Dossiers On Innocent Americans "The changes granted by Holder
would also allow databases containing information about U.S. citizens
to be shared with foreign governments for their own analysis.
"Under FISA, requests for counterintelligence warrants are
funneled through the Justice Department, which reviews applications
by the CIA as well as other agencies before submitting them to the
FISA court. 50 U.S.C. §§ 1804(a), 1822(a)(1) (1994). Each
application to the FISA court must first be personally APPROVED BY
THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. See 50 U.S.C. § 1804(a). The application must
contain, among other things, a statement of reasons to believe that
the target of the surveillance is a foreign power or agent of a
foreign power, specified information on the implementation of the
surveillance, and a "certification" from a high-ranking
executive branch official stating that the official "deems the
information sought to be foreign intelligence information" and
that the information sought "cannot reasonably be obtained by
normal investigative techniques." See generally 50 U.S.C. §§
1804(a)(7), 1805(a) (setting forth the findings necessary to support
