'If America doesn't stand with Israel, who would we stand with?'

Sen. Marco Rubio took to the Senate floor to express outrage at President Obama’s treatement of Israel in general and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in particular, accusing the White House of turning its back on America’s greatest ally.

Rubio first slammed Obama’s failure to call Netanyahu in a timely manner to offer congratulations for the prime minister’s Likud Party election wins. Obama didn’t call to say contratulations until Thursday, and by most media accounts, the conversation wasn’t even that friendly.

The Florida senator said the delay was an obvious slight that didn’t go unnoticed by other heads of state.

“That [delay] is unlike … the fact that in March 2012, [Obama] was among the first to call and congratulate [Vladimir] Putin in Moscow,” Rubio said, the Blaze reported. “Or that in June of 2012, he was among the first to call [Muhammad] Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood when they won the Egyptian presidency.”

Rubio also pointed to the White House’s immediate reach-out in November 2012 to “congratulate the top Chinese communists on their new position, which by the way is not elected in the way you and I would consider there to be an election,” he said, the Blaze reported.

He then took Obama to task over his administration’s aggressive tone against Netanyahu during the leadup to the Israeli election.

“So they will comment on the elections of an ally, calling the rhetoric of the election divisive, but when an enemy, which is what Iran is, has a fraudulent election and kills people that protest against it, we can’t comment,” Rubio said. “We can’t comment because that would be infringing on their sovereignty.”

Rubio said such White House rhetoric is tantamount to a betrayal.

“Allies have differences, but when allies like Israel, when you have a difference with them and it is public, in emoboldens their enemies to launch more rockets out of southern Lebanon and Gaza,” he said, a video shows. “To launch more terrorist attacks, to go to international forums and deligitimize Israel’s right to exist. This is outrageous, it is irresponsible, it is dangerous, and it betrays the commitment this nation has made to the right of a Jewish state to exist in peace.”

He wrapped: “If America doesn’t stand with Israel, who would we stand with?”

My comments: One day America will wake up and realize that Obama is a TRAITOR. He has no interest in America, it's Constitution or her people. He is a "Globalist," looking for One World Government with COMPLETE CONTROL. Netanyahu and Israel have to AUDACITY to stand in his way--not bowing to his demands that would mean her DESTRUCTION.
