Rev. Graham to Obama: ‘Wake Up to The Very Real Threat of Islam’!

In response to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech before Congress warning of the dangers of “militant Islam” from both Iran and the Islamic State, Reverend Franklin Graham called upon President Barack Obama to “wake up to the very real threat of Islam.”

Reverend Graham also called upon all Americans to “pray that our president and our leaders will wake up to the true threat of Islam.”

In a Mar. 4 Facebook post, Rev. Graham quoted from Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Mar. 3 speech before a joint meeting of Congress, in which he said, “Iran and ISIS are competing for the crown of militant Islam. One calls itself the Islamic Republic. The other calls itself the Islamic State. Both want to impose a militant Islamic empire first on the region and then on the entire world. They just disagree among themselves who will be the ruler of that empire.”

“In this deadly game of thrones, there's no place for America or for Israel, no peace for Christians, Jews or Muslims who don't share the Islamist medieval creed, no rights for women, no freedom for anyone,” Said Netanyahu. “The difference is that ISIS is armed with butcher knives, captured weapons and YouTube, whereas Iran could soon be armed with intercontinental ballistic missiles and nuclear bombs.”

With those observations in mind, Rev. Graham said, “Mr. President, wake up to the very real threat of Islam.”

In an earlier post from Mar. 3, Rev. Graham noted that Netanyahu “made the case that the greatest threat to the world is the marriage of militant Islam and nuclear weapons,” adding that, to quote, “America’s founding document promises life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” while “Iran’s founding document pledges death, tyranny, and the pursuit of jihad.”

With that also in mind, Rev. Graham wrote, “Let’s pray that our president and our leaders will wake up to the true threat of Islam.”

Rev. Graham, who heads the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the international relief group Samaritan’s Purse, has often criticized “militant Islam” and the Obama administration’s apparent indifference to the issue.

On Feb. 17, Rev. Graham was interviewed by Greta Van Susteren, host ofOn the Record, about the beheading of 21 Coptic Christians by the Islamic State.

“The president is ignoring the fact that these are Islamic extremists, these are terrorists, and ISIS is a terrorist organization and they are bent on destroying the West,” said Graham.  “They’ve already said they want the flag of Islam to fly over the White House.”

He continued, “The president, his entire life, his whole influence has been Islam. His mother was married to a Muslim. His father’s a Muslim. Then she married a [Muslim] man from Indonesia.”

My comments: Obama is an Islamic Sympathizer at LEAST. He is also a godless, Socialist, Secular Humanist as are all the Democrats. Godless, Secular Humanism is a GREATER THREAT to America that Islam. Secular Humanism is AGAINST GOD, His Christ Jesus, His Word, His Covenant and His Commandments. This means that the only One Who can protect America, God Almighty, will no longer do so.
