OBAMA CHARGED WITH TREASON IN FEDERAL COURT

WOW: Here’s the Federal Court Document That Formally Accuses Barack Obama of Treason

When the U.S. Army recently announced that they were formally charging Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl with desertion, it reignited a controversy surrounding the manner in which the Obama administration has handled the Bergdahl situation.

It is surely remembered that Bergdahl had been captured by the Taliban in Afghanistan, after allegedly deserting his post in 2009, and was only returned to the U.S. last year, in exchange for the release of five senior Taliban prisoners from Gitmo, along with a pile of cash.

While there were a multitude of shouts of treason and impeachment at the time, one person actually took the step of officially filing a charge of treason against President Barack Obama in federal court.

California attorney Orly Taitz, perhaps best known for her investigations and lawsuits surrounding Obama’s Social Security number and birth certificate, filed notice in the District of Maryland court of Judge Ellen Hollander.

In her motion, which asked for an expedited hearing on other charges she is already pursuing, Taitz lays out the definition of treason, as per 18 U.S. Code, Sec. 2381:

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

According to Freedom Outpost, the motion goes on to document numerous ways in which Obama skirted or broke the law in making the prisoner swap involving Bergdahl and the Taliban Five.

Unfortunately, Judge Hollander, an Obama-appointee, dismissed the suit with prejudice. However, the official charge of treason has served as a message that the people are watching, and have taken notice of the un-American, if not outright anti-American attitude and actions exhibited by the Obama administration.

Perhaps one day this particular charge of treason, along with numerous other potentially treasonous actions, will be once again filed against Obama, and his administration, and they will be held accountable for their actions which are detrimental to the security and prosperity of the United States of America.
