Have you ever asked yourself why the American people continue to tolerate the craziness the Obama Administration is getting away with?  Have you ever really examined the Declaration of Independence and read over the justification of the United Colonies for declaring their independence?  Do you ever feel like you are living under a tyrannical government?  Have you ever wondered what a Declaration of Independence might look like if written today?

I have and I find it quite disturbing that We the People have allowed OUR government to be taken over and controlled by a dictator, supported by many in our Congress and Senate who have overtly expressed their belief in socialist and communist forms of government, that deprive free people of their independence.

Our President and his supporters repeatedly refer to our Constitutional Republic as a Democracy and have perverted the text books our youth are taught from to the point that the average American no longer knows, or understands the difference.  The tyrants have encouraged a mass of the population to believe in their dependence on government, rather than their independence as a free and responsible people.

I have prepared a new Declaration of Independence and would encourage you to compare it to the Declaration of 1776.  I believe you will find it alarming when you consider we were at war when the first one was written, while most were probably playing video games or golfing when I was writing this one.

What do you think America will look like in another 200 years? Do you believe it will remain a government Of the People? Do you believe America will continue to survive as a free nation?

We only have the rights and freedom we were once willing to fight for… Will we continue to fight for them? Thoughts?

Declaration of Independence

IN CONGRESS, September 11, 2014.

The unanimous Declaration of the fifty united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long-established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. 

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. 

The history of Barack Hussein Obama is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

• He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
• 
  
• He has forbidden his Congress to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, encouraging and allowing Senator Harry Reid to halt all votes by the elected representatives of the people; and when they were passed, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
• 
  
• He has openly threatened to use his pen and telephone to circumvent the authority and function of Congress.
• 
  
• He is forcing the American corporation abroad by levying the highest corporate tax in the world on them, incentivizing tax inversion.
• 
  
• He has made the import of foreign goods more profitable than the use of domestic products and crippled the ability for American companies to profitably export American goods.
• 
  
•  He has lifted sanctions against Iran just as they were becoming effective.
• He has given Iran money to aid them in the development of a nuclear weapon, which they will soon have with his continued coöperation.
• 
  
• He has refused to negotiate the release of innocent American’s imprisoned in Iran for no crime other than their belief in Jesus Christ.
• 
  
• He has refused to intervene as the Commander-in-Chief on behalf of a Marine combat veteran imprisoned in Mexico for inadvertently crossing the border.
• 
  
• He has given Fighter Jets and our most advanced Tanks to unstable governments controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood, a recognized terrorist group intent of destroying America.
• 
  
• He has allowed a small group of radical Sunni Forces, who began as the Islāmic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, to rape, pillage, and plunder their way through the Middle East, committing acts of genocide, while growing in strength to the Islāmic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIL, as he refers to them.  [The Levant describes a territory far greater than Iraq and Syria.

• Today it consist of Cyprus, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and part of southern Turkey.]
• 
  
• He has begun to decrease our Military Manpower to its smallest size since before World War Two, while global conflict and threats to our national security continue to grow.
• 
  
• He has sent “Pink Slips” or letters of termination to our fighting men deployed in a combat zone, destroying morale on the battlefield.
• 
  
• He has dismantled the American healthcare system and spent over $1 Billion taxpayer dollars on a federal exchange system that does not properly function.
• He has caused other States to spend approximately $4 Billion in taxpayer money to build computer exchanges that have been abandoned because of poor planning and the inability to complete the project.
• 
  
• He has taken our national debt from under $6 Trillion to almost $18 Trillion and our nation’s unfunded liabilities have risen from approximately $60 Trillion to over $200 Trillion.
• 
  
• He attempted to place government “Monitors” in media outlets to direct news [appropriate] for the American people.
• 
  
• He has spent millions on software to track domestic internet traffic to detect “Hate Speech.”
• 
  
• He has failed to properly protect our diplomatic missions and representatives abroad, resulting in the death of four American Diplomats on September 11, 2012.
• 
  
• He spent over $90 Billion taxpayer dollars on “Green Energy”  start-ups. Out of approximately 36 companies the money funded, most have failed, none have produced any return on the investment.
• 
  
• He has failed to secure the nation’s borders and encouraged the indigent and impoverished of other nations to cross illegally with the promise of being cared for and provided a path to citizenship.
• 
  
• He has ignored all warnings and indication of terrorist from the Middle East crossing our Southern Border.
• 
  
• He has surreptitiously transported those who have crossed our Southern Border illegally into communities around the nation without informing the American people or their duly elected federal, state, or local representatives.
• 
  
• He has placed the health and well-being of our children at risk by failing to require any screening of illegal aliens for communicable disease.
• 
  
• He has placed the safety and security of the American people at risk in their communities by failing to conduct any type of background investigation on the illegal aliens being turned loose in our communities, many of them with visible gang tattoos known to indicate the individual has killed and/or rapped.
• 
  
• He has perpetuated the racial division of the American people to the extent not seen in decades.
• 
  
• He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
• 
  
• He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
• 
  
• He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people.
• He has affected to render Federal Law Enforcement independent of and superior to the Civil power.
• 
  
• He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
• For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
• For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
• For altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
• For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

• He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
• 
  
• He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries with visible gang tattoos to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
• 
  
• He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on race wars, which will result in an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
• 
  
• He has repeatedly lied to the American people.
• In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated lies. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We have warned him from time to time of attempts by his unilateral decision-making process to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.

We have reminded him of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to his native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. 

He has been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold him, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, 

That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Obama Administration, and that all political connection between them and the Obama Administration, is and ought to be totally dissolved; 

And that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
