“Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?” (James 2:4)
The adage “choosing the lesser of two evils” was thought to originate from this verse out of the book of James.
In America, we have begun to choose between two evils so much that the right and the wrong of most matters is lost.
Situation ethics and the new morality, which are mostly theoretical but are now a common practice, began in the 1960s.
Almost everyone knew one or more of the twelve verses of scripture that condemned the practice of homosexuality, even if they paid no attention to them.
The standard arguments not withstanding, the perversions and expansions that grew out of the gay activism of the 60’s has now soared to a giant swollen ball of deviancies that are begging God to intervene.
They include child pedophilia, transgender mutilation, and sex trafficking for every kind of perversion known to man.
Any night of the week we can watch news shows, sitcoms or comedy, and late-night shows where the guests are homosexuals, who often openly show their disgust with child rape and molestation.
Their own homosexuality is fully acceptable.
Our own gradual cultural and moral decline has caused us to become those who accept the lesser of two evils on a daily basis.
Then along comes the LGBTQ activists pounding away at lawmakers and politicians to accept every nefarious perversion they can conjure to let the muck into society.
One example that recently broke the betrayal barrier took place in Virginia.
Gov. Youngkin yielded to Virginia Senate bill HB174 which codifies homosexual “marriage’ into Virginia state law.
The bill passed 22-17 with the help of David Suetterlein, a RINO Republican senator.
It is Obergefell v. Hodges all over again, state by state, as the nation teeters toward a divine judgment that will come with little warning and no remedy.
Compromise and concession to the LGBT may seem to fit the cultural changes of the day, but they are the very path to hell in another day.
As we approach the last days, the God of this world (Satan) gives up trying to be subtle and just pours out every ounce of filth and perversion men can receive in the shortest amount of time.
“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.” (Rev 12:12)
Odd as it may be, one of the easiest remedies for all this unfamiliar perversion is a very familiar statement from the very foundations of all that is normal.
To wit:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
