With 213 votes, House Democrats are only five votes away from passing the most destructive, antireligious, anti-life bill ever to be introduced in Congress.
This bill could dupe some Republicans into revoking the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) while pushing a militant LGBTQ and abortion agenda.
If HR 15 passes, Kim Davis won't be the only Christian jailed and fined for refusing to violate her faith. Churches, Christian schools, hospitals, health care providers, and more will be forced to obey and promote the LGBTQ and abortion agendas or face crippling lawsuits.
Democrats only need five Republicans to join their cause.
We are concerned about some Republican members based on past votes.
If the “Equality Act” passes, it will target everyone, especially people of faith.
YOUR FAXES NOW can help stop this travesty.
Please take a moment to give Congress a piece of your mind. — Mat

Former Rowan County, KY, Clerk Kim Davis was imprisoned for six days and was personally sued for refusing to violate her religious convictions regarding same-sex “marriage.”
After the Obergefell opinion was issued in 2015, Kim ceased issuing all marriage licenses while she pursued a religious accommodation.
David Ermold and David Moore, who never planned to get married, targeted Kim to mock her faith.
When their harassment went viral, they decided to demand a marriage license with Kim’s signature.
Kim refused, and she became the first person in America to be imprisoned for her belief in natural marriage.
Kim eventually secured an accommodation.
The two Davids got a license from another clerk, but they were not satisfied.
A few weeks ago, one jury returned a verdict of zero damages for the Yates plaintiffs, but inexplicably a separate jury hearing the same evidence awarded 100,000 dollars to the two Davids.
We are appealing the civil judgment against Kim, and we expect to win on appeal, or at the U.S. Supreme Court, where this case has the potential to extend our religious freedom and even overturn the wrongly decided Obergefell v. Hodges ruling.
However, if HR 15 passes, Kim and every other person of faith will be in danger.
That’s because HR 15 revokes RFRA.
HR 15 will LIMIT religious freedom for anyone who refuses to endorse and promote the LGBTQ agenda.
HR 15 is the most radical LGBTQ and abortion bill to ever be proposed in Congress.
Failure to comply will result in federal charges akin to racial discrimination.
Anyone who refuses to comply can be sued by the so-called “injured parties,” just like the two men who want to bankrupt Kim.
The bill currently has 213 votes, meaning the LGBTQ-led Democrats supporting the bill only need five Republicans to vote with them. Some Republicans are on the fence.
The House Republican Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) voted for a nearly identical Equality Act bill in 2019.
So did Ranking Member of the House Committee on Homeland Security John Katko (R-NY) and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA).
We must bombard members of Congress to stop HR 15.
Unless we raise a righteous roar that cannot be ignored, the LGBTQ agenda might win this fight to silence Christians and force obedience to their sinful agenda.
We continue to defend Kim Davis against the outrageous and erroneous civil judgment against her.
We intend to take this case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, where we believe this case ALSO has the potential to overturn the wrongfully decided Obergefell case that started this entire mess.
In addition, we have multiple other cases pending, including overturning Christian counseling bans, battling Planned Parenthood, and defending religious freedom rights.
