Joe Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) cannot beat us on the facts or the law, so they are now trying to bury us in depositions and paperwork.  On Wednesday, they submitted lengthy documents repeating their worn out, rejected arguments that the COVID shots are safe, effective and necessary for military readiness. The brave military members we represent refuse to relinquish their religious freedom rights to obey Biden’s unlawful mandates. The lengths to which this administration will go to protect their unlawful activities is shocking.  But Liberty Counsel is not afraid of Joe Biden or his DOD, any more than David was afraid of Goliath.  We will fight to protect every American’s right to religious freedom … despite the Biden administration’s attempts to break us. Joe Biden’s DOD and the various military branches violated the law when they tried to force all service members to take Joe’s experimental COVID jabs.

Then they violated the law the evening before our March hearing when they tried to intimidate our witness to not testify.

Now, this administration is trying to stop Liberty Counsel from defending the religious freedom of our clients.

This week, Liberty Counsel attorneys are crushed under mountains of work, thanks to Joe Biden’s DOD in our class action case involving the Marines.

Here is the situation: Despite numerous temporary and preliminary injunctions already in place, Joe Biden refuses to obey the law. 

Instead, the Biden administration has chosen a tactic used by many large corporate law firms to wear down opponents in cases they cannot win—flooding their adversary’s attorneys with overwhelming volumes of legal filings, discovery, depositions and paperwork.

Joe Biden’s DOD wants our clients silenced. But Liberty Counsel WILL NOT GIVE UP.

Each of our plaintiffs holds a sincere religious belief that to take an abortion-linked shot, like Joe’s COVID jabs, is a sin and an affront to God. 

Each of our plaintiffs is legally entitled, under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 and the First Amendment, to refuse the jabs without being disciplined and booted from the service.

The brave men and women we represent have had their rights trampled upon by this administration. 

Every day, we hear the pain and fear in their voices. We learn of their confusion as to why a government they spent their lives serving would abuse them so badly. 

They question why the liberties they have protected with their own sweat, tears and in many cases, blood, are being denied them.

They ALL have stories that need to be told.

Lt. Col. Dr. Theresa Long was threatened by military brass who attempted to stop her from testifying about military data proving the shots are extraordinarily dangerous.

Joe* was told he would spend the rest of his days in a dark military prison unless he abandoned his religious exemption request.

The DOD won’t let Chadwick* leave the hostile territory of Korea unless he relinquishes his religious freedom rights, though his tour of duty there was done nearly a year ago.

James* is locked in the equivalent of a broom closet turned empty “office” all day with commanders checking on him to ensure he isn’t doing anything.

Janelle* and her family were informed that the military would kick her out and leave her and her entire family stranded in Europe with no money and no way home.

Help us stop this abuse of the defenders of our freedom!
 

Defend America’s Military from Joe Biden’s DOD!

There are so many more stories to be told—stories of witness tampering, threats to life and liberty and being held hostage in a hostile country thousands of miles from home. 

All of these shocking coercion tactics are happening because these brave men and women who have defended our freedom are now being denied their own religious freedom.

Liberty Counsel will make sure these stories are told. 

We are giving a voice to these abused men and women of the U.S. military, and we will not allow Joe Biden’s lawless machine to silence our brave military members.

This case is an excellent example of why Liberty Counsel never charges for our legal work. Most folks could never afford to defend themselves against a government gone mad.

And like David, Liberty Counsel intends to WIN decisively for the Lord.

The fact of the matter is, Joe Biden’s refusal to honor the lawful and sincere religious freedom requests to refuse the COVID shots are patently illegal. 

And no matter how much paperwork the DOD tries to bury us under, we will not stop defending these soldiers’ religious freedom rights.
