When Americans consider the abominable practice of human organ trafficking, we think of the horrific stories coming out of China in which unsuspecting or enslaved people are drugged and their organs removed to be sold on the black market.
But our client Sandra Merritt exposed a shocking and horrific truth through a series of undercover videos:
Massive human organ trafficking is happening right here in America … and Planned Parenthood is the biggest supplier of human organs being sold to the highest bidder.
One of Sandra’s videos was recorded over lunch in a swanky California restaurant.
Over bites of salad and a glass of wine, Dr. Debra Nucatola, Planned Parenthood’s then-senior director of medical services, calmly explained the special technique she uses to harvest intact baby organs:
“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver,” Nucatola bragged, justifying why her refined baby butchering skills command higher prices.
Nucatola explained how her technique crushes the babies' bodies in just the right places, so the more profitable organs remain intact for sale to the highest bidder ...
“You’re just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers. You try to intentionally go above and below the thorax ... I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” the abortion doctor proudly says in the video.
When Sandra’s videos were released to the public, Planned Parenthood cheerleader, then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris, used her position to immediately begin an extensive criminal investigation against Sandra, seeking to silence her and stop the videos.
When Harris became a U.S. senator, then-California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (who now serves as Biden’s and Harris’ secretary of Health and Human Services) charged Sandra with 15 felony criminal counts.
We continue to fight these bogus charges in court.
Liberty Counsel has managed to get some charges dropped and reduced the 15 criminal charges to eight.
Even so, if convicted, Sandra faces huge fines and years in prison for exposing Planned Parenthood’s scheme!
Fighting opponents with almost unlimited resources ...
Defending Sandra in both the criminal and civil cases lodged against her has consumed thousands of hours and resulted in enormous financial costs.
We are up against Planned Parenthood, one of America's most powerful organizations, and the nearly unlimited resources of the State of California.
Both have put a huge target on Sandra’s back.
I cannot begin to tell you how consuming these cases are for our staff.
Liberty Counsel lawyers have already taken part in some 40 depositions in these cases, each requiring the direct involvement of our legal team. Planned Parenthood attorneys, for example, deposed Sandra for 11 hours!
The pace of litigation in both cases is accelerating with the recent decision from the Court of Appeals.
And we are in hostile territory (San Francisco), but we must defend Sandra—who did nothing wrong.
Right now, our legal expenses are skyrocketing across the breadth of our very substantial legal docket.
Harris is not done protecting Planned Parenthood’s bottom line ...
Biden, Harris, Schumer and Pelosi have repeatedly made clear that unfettered abortion on demand is their No. 1 political priority.
The Senate is considering measures to abolish the filibuster so they can pass a bill to make unrestricted abortion the law of the land.
Harris recently told reporters that she “cannot wait” to cast the deciding vote to destroy the filibuster and force unlimited abortion on demand on every state and U.S. territory … whether the citizens of that state want it or not.
Schumer only needs two more senators to abolish the filibuster so that Kamala Harris can cast the winning vote on abortion.
If they succeed, Congress will pass a bill to make unfettered, unrestricted abortion the law of the land.
Only TWO more votes are needed to destroy the filibuster. Senators Manchin (D-WV), Sinema (D-NV), Murkowski (R-AK) and Collins (R-ME) are all on the fence.
If any two of these senators waver, the filibuster will go down and abortion-enabling bills will pass.
Please, take a moment right now to fax the Senate. Demand they VOTE NO on ALL abortion-enabling bills. Demand Congress VOTE NO on ABORTION!
