Liberty Counsel is working with many state legislators to reform the election laws and make our elections fair and secure.
Through our Election Integrity Project, we are working to prevent election fraud.
Florida is the most recent state to pass a comprehensive election reform law.
But HR 1 would override every state law regarding federal elections! If passed, we can never have a fair election.
To stop the bill, hundreds of amendments were submitted, including 40 from Sen. Ted Cruz.
The committee chairwoman, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), tried to silence opposition. Sen. Cruz said, "This legislation would disenfranchise millions of Americans.
... It is designed to ensure that Democrats never lose another election. ... This legislation would register millions of illegal aliens to vote."
HR 1 will institutionalize election fraud on a massive scale. We must stop this bill in the Senate. We can win this fight, but we must work together.

This horrendous bill is almost 900 pages long and includes countless new mandates. HR 1 (SR 1) will do all the following:
(1) Seize authority from the states and place the federal government in complete control of elections.
(2) Ban voter ID laws and permit same-day registration.
(3) Mandate no-fault mail-in ballots, and force states to accept them up to 10 days after Election Day.
(4) Automatically register all individuals (as opposed to just "citizens") from age 16, and thus require the person to opt out
(5) Register convicted felons and allow illegal aliens to vote.
(6) Allow people to vote at any precinct.
(7) Punish anyone who questions the validity of a voter.
(8) With same-day registration, no ID and no ability to verify a voter, a person can vote in multiple precincts under different names and thus combine their illegal votes with legal votes.
And this is just the beginning of how this shocking bill will legalize election fraud.
Future election winners will be the politicians with the most sophisticated voter fraud operations.

HR 1 forces states to accept voter registrations online without demonstrating any physical proof of residency.
One person could fraudulently register hundreds or even thousands of fake voters and vote using those names.
With in-person registration, the voter must be physically present in the community, and if the person registers as multiple individuals, the fraudster runs the risk of quickly being identified, detained and prosecuted. But none of these safeguards apply to online voter registration!
In Georgia during the 2020 presidential election, hidden ballots were pulled out from under a table after poll watchers were kicked out.
And thousands of people voted twice in the 2016 and 2018 elections. The number of double votes was likely higher in 2020.
In the border state of Arizona, thousands of voters in just one county never proved their citizenship but were allowed to vote. In Michigan, government employees trained election officials to commit fraud and destroy ballots.
If HR 1 passes, it will destroy election reform and stop the audit states are taking to fight for election integrity.
