The Stiff Arm SessionPlease take our poll!
When you would watch professional football (before it became woke and turned you off by preaching critical race theory and spitting on the flag) you would see a great running back make a run. Often times, a good stiff arm would frustrate the would be tackler at a point where they thought they were going to make a great tackle for loss. Instead the runner has freed himself and taken off for a big gain.
In the same way, the current ruling class of ultra-liberal/progressive/socialist/Democrats have given the general public, the voters, a big stiff arm when it comes to real representative government, by using the COVID pandemic shutdown as their stiff arm. How?
By the complete shutdown of our state capital building. No one, except the legislators themselves (and very limited staff), have been allowed to enter the people's building since session started.
And even with the reality of good methods for cleaning the building, effective treatments for COVID, the advancing percentage of those vaccinated, the fact that many other state legislatures are open to the people, and stores such as Costco have been operating safely for all the time during the pandemic, the STATE CAPITAL remains closed to the taxpaying public. Is this not another form of taxation without representation (after all, couldn't they have written letters too?)? Would our forefathers have stood by for this treatment?
And all the while, the elites who control our state are making big gains in their agenda. SB 554 has passed and will greatly restrict, if not end, our 2nd Amendment rights. And more rights are to fall as the session winds up.
What can you do? Liberals will always agitate their base to action! If you are reading this, please call or email your state legislator and others, along with the governor's office to ask for real representation by opening the building! And what else have we been doing? Oregon Faith and Freedom took several steps to try and assist in the election of quality Judeo-Christian candidates running for school board. There were some great wins, but we must make sure we do better in the next elections. These steps do cost money, so please review things we did here, 1, 2, and review this video and send in your tax credit donation!
Please pray and take some time to attend your local school board meeting to see what is happening and how your TAX DOLLARS are being spent on education. This is why I hope you can help today. Can you join me and donate $5, $35, 50, or more towards transforming the Oregon political landscape today. Give $10.00 today (about a cup of coffee and a donut)!
