Biden's already surrendered to the virus!
Exclusive: Joseph Farah spotlights recent remark, sounds alarms over president's cognitive abilities
Joe Biden says there is nothing we can do about the pandemic in the coming months.
Just when the governors of New York and Michigan were talking about opening up the lockdowns in their states, Biden is giving up after only five days as president.
Now he says the trajectory of the pandemic can't be changed in the coming months no matter what we do.
Noting that "approximately 14 million Americans – 14 million – have fallen behind on rent, and many risk eviction," Biden said, "If we fail to act, there will be a wave of evictions and foreclosures in the coming months as this pandemic rages on, because there's nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months."
The idea that nothing will change the pandemic drew criticism from many.

"Already giving up," said former Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah, criticizing Biden's fatalism.
Even worse, a recent biographer of Biden's questioned his fitness for office.
Mike McCormick, the author of "Joe Biden: Unauthorized," said the president is now at "50 percent" of mental capacity.
"He's not capable of sitting down with Chinese President Xi Jinping," McCormick said.
He's already the oldest president ever to take office, at 78.
Boston University's Andrew Budson, a professor of neurology and chief of cognitive and behavioral neurology at Veterans Affairs Boston was a little more clinical that McCormick.
"There are some cognitive functions, including processing speed (such as mental arithmetic), that actually peak in your 20s and 30s – and then go downhill in a straight line," he said.
"Many others – including memory, reasoning, and spatial ability – might drop a small amount from after age 30, but can remain quite stable over the years, as long as no brain disease is developing."
But the apparent turnaround on Friday by Joe Biden is almost inexplicable.
It was downright scary – even to the media that sees him as a hero and savior from the era of Donald Trump.
Ironically, it was during the closing weeks of the Trump administration that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave Republicans an ultimatum – either get his Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment or impeach President Trump.
The 25th Amendment, proposed by Congress and ratified by the states in the aftermath of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, provides the procedures for replacing a president or vice president in the event of death, removal, resignation or incapacitation.
But after only five days in office, and with Kamala Harris serving as vice president armed only with experience as a senator going back to Jan. 3, 2017, no one's talking about Biden's cognitive skills.
Perhaps we should.Maybe Democrats in their intense hatred toward Trump weren't thinking about what's best for the nation.
During the closing days of the campaign, Biden thought he was running for the Senate – perhaps because he had done that so much.
Another time, he mixed up former Sens. Robert Byrd and Ted Kennedy.
Once he gave the wrong voter-registration website.
He forgot the name of Sen. Mitt Romney, calling him "the senator who was a Mormon, the governor, OK?"
Former White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson, who served from 2013 to 2018 in the Obama and Trump administrations, has said bluntly that Mr. Biden "is not up to the job."
"I've watched Joe Biden on the campaign trail, and I'm concerned that he does not have the mental capacity, the cognitive ability, to serve as our commander in chief," Dr. Jackson, now a congressman from Texas, said.
"He routinely gets lost in the middle of a thought and can't recalibrate."
Biden's stumbles during the presidential race are well-documented. In June he said 120 million Americans had died from the coronavirus.
It was actually 120,000. Then he made the same mistake in September, saying 200 million had died.
It's not funny. This nation is in a serious hurt thanks to what the Democrats, the media and Big Tech have wrought on the rest of us.
Joe has gone on as well as he could.
God help America.
