This morning, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors passed a resolution labeling the NRA as a domestic terrorist organization.
The resolution accuses the NRA, which is the oldest civil rights group and the most influential Second Amendment lobbyist in America, of spreading “propaganda that misinforms and aims to deceive the public about the dangers of gun violence,” promoting extremist positions and arming “individuals who would and have committed acts of terrorism” because of its advocacy.
If there is a category beyond hypocrisy, the Supervisors of San Francisco have found it.
There is zero evidence that the NRA does anything to promote domestic terrorism—quite the contrary, they have reached 28 million children, teaching them about real “gun safety” through their Eddie Eagle Program.
But there is plenty of evidence to show that the government that rules San Francisco terrorizes their own citizens.
What we have here is, in my opinion, a case of domestic terrorists calling someone else domestic terrorists.
I grew up in San Francisco.
It was then a gleaming city and a great place for children.
Now, no child should have to endure living there.
That may explain why today there are more dogs than children in San Francisco.
Market Street holds innumerable good memories for me.
Easter parades, fireworks, New Years Eve celebrations.
Now it is a dystopian nightmare—an endless line of lawn chairs against the walls of stores, whose occupants sit in a stupor with glazed eyes as a smog-like cannabis cloud hangs over the streets.
Some, who have written about San Francisco, when referring to the vast amount of human waste and discarded needles, have said this city is worse than many cities in India.
Many middle class residents live in terror, sandwiched between the indifferent tech-billionaires and the ‘protected class.’
The homeless and illegal immigrants are the protected class.
Because I reach out and minister to them, I know that many homeless people are not evil.
The innocent ones will be the first to tell you about the few who are deranged and prone to violence.
A PICTURE OF MEDICAL WASTE IN SAN FRANCISCO
Women in the city are regularly attacked by these few violent ones.
In an article entitled If The Left Cares About Women, Why Do They Let Homeless People Attack Women In San Francisco?, Kadya Sedgwick writes about a woman who fought off an attacker, a 25-year-old man named Austin James Vincent.
But when he appeared in court on the charges against him for false imprisonment, attempted robbery, and misdemeanor battery, Judge Christine Van Aken let him go free, pending trial—without bail or any form of monitoring.
“The incident,” Sedgwick wrote, “brings into light the vulnerabilities of ordinary women living through what we in the San Francisco Bay Area politely refer to as the “homelessness crisis.”
It’s a great irony that the city that prides itself on feminist traditions, the city of leading Democrats Nancy Pelosi and Dianne Feinstein and currently led by the feminist Mayor London Breed, turns a blind eye to the plight of women living among dangerous individuals.”
Here comes the real terrorism part:
Sedgwick cites her interview with a woman who said she “wished to remain anonymous because of the Democratic Socialists of America’s previous doxxing attempts related to her activism on behalf of the residents of her junkie-affected SoMa (South of Market Street) neighborhood.”
The woman said: “As a woman, I feel very vulnerable, helpless, and really scared.
A prisoner in my home, afraid to walk outside after dark.
Hearing my neighbors discussing self-defense, means of protection, and private security patrol is surreal.”
San Francisco is a sanctuary city, which is, in my opinion, another form of domestic terrorism.
A man who had been deported 5 times is back on the Streets of San Francisco, because of their stance on illegal immigrants and their sanctuary laws.
The jury acquitted Jose Ines Garcia-Zarate, 46, in 2017 of first degree murder, second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and assault with a semi-automatic firearm.
He had admitted having fired the shot that killed a woman who was walking with her father and a friend along Pier 14 in the Embarcadero District of San Francisco one evening in 2015, 32 year old Kate Steinle.
The Washington Examiner reports:
“That conviction was overturned on Friday when the California court found that a judge failed to instruct the jury on one of Garcia-Zarate’s defenses.
“The family of Steinle filed a wrongful death suit against San Francisco earlier this year alleging the city’s status as an immigrant sanctuary unduly put their daughter at risk.
The suit was dismissed by the lower court and that decision was upheld by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Which, by the way, is located in San Francisco.
The suit also named San Francisco County Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi as responsible for the death of Steinle.
“The sheriff’s office had Garcia-Zarate in custody just three months prior to the shooting, but released him when the drug charges against him were dropped.
The office ignored a request by federal authorities to hold Garcia-Zarate until they could take him into custody, an issue that became a flashpoint in the case.”
For every believer reading this, there is a lesson.
Evil poses as good and points the finger of guilt, which rightfully belongs to them, at those who are innocent.
We will see a lot more of this.
We can only pray that the good people trapped in the madness of socialist San Francisco will rise up and throw the bums out.
Meanwhile, I stand with the five million members of the NRA and the 120,000,000 million law abiding Americans who keep and bear arms, which is their right, to defend themselves from crime and tyranny.
