TWITTER SUSPENDS "UNPLANNED" ACCOUNT

Friend, As you may know, there is a film currently showing in theaters nationwide called “Unplanned,” and as far as Christian films go, it’s a smash hit. It is a true story about a Planned Parenthood clinic director named Abby Johnson who suffered severe emotional trauma when she witnessed an abortion first hand. The experience not only led her to immediately quit Planned Parenthood, but it also led her to become one of our nation’s fiercest pro-life activists. After seeing the film with my family this past weekend, I wanted to learn more about the film, so I went to Twitter but found nothing. It turns out that Twitter suspended the account for the film. Twitter not only shut the account down, but they also removed over 50,000 followers when the account was eventually reinstated! When Christians complained, Twitter dismissed what happened as a “computer error.” So, we want to ask: What’s going on Jack? Why did the “Unplanned” Twitter account magically go dark on the day the film opened? Please send this tweet to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey demanding an explanation: @jack Why did you take down the Twitter account for the pro-life film @UnplannedMovie on the day it was released? Why did you remove more than 50,000 followers on the account? #faithandfreedom And if it was the result of a “computer error,” how could that have wiped out more than 50,000 followers once the account was restored? Overwhelming evidence shows that social media giants like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Twitter are openly hostile to conservative and Christian groups, individuals and messages and use their monopolies to censor what Americans see, read and hear. If we want to protect our Free Speech rights and openly express our views in the public square on ANY issue, we must fight back. This is why it is so crucial that pro-life Christians tweet Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, ask him these questions and demand honest, open answers. Thanks for participating in this effort to protect our Free Speech rights… to hold social networks like Twitter to account for their anti-Christian bigotry… and to defend the ability of Christians to freely express themselves through film and other media.
