Precious One,
In the life of every believer just as with anyone else living in this world, it is inevitable that storms should come. Fierce gales of wind will descend upon you. Rains will fall and the floods will come, with fierce winds beating upon your house. Offence will come.
As long as you are travelling through this world, trouble will come. And this is when your faith will be tested. When the storms come, there is no time to prepare. What happens to you,how you react or respond, and whether you stand or fall will depend on how prepared you were.
If storms of life come and find you not grounded and settled in Me, you will feel as if you are losing your mind. The chaos, the mess, the discomfort, the noise will threaten to overwhelm you.
Suicidal thoughts, depression, despair, turning to drugs, and attempts to end one's life is all a result of feeling one can no longer withstand the storms or bear up under them.
You know, if Job was not grounded in His intimate knowledge of Me, he would not even have needed the encouragement of his wife to "curse Me and die." He would have crumbled and broken under the weight of his trial and done it himself way before that.
I have promised that when you go through storms they will not drown you, but you do have a part to play to enjoy this promise. You cannot afford to wait till an exam comes for you to go in search of an answer. Wisdom is preparing in advance by becoming a grounded believer.
Invest in solid food and strong meat now, else when the winds come you will be carried away. Develop deep roots now. Invest in teachings now and they will ground and strengthen you on the inside, filling you with great wisdom and faith. Sit at My Table and feast on My Word.
As you do this, I will not only prepare you for the future, but I will also give you a peace and stability that no storm can contend with.
Your Daddy,
God.
God.
