Exclusive: Chuck Norris slams low-down tactics used against Kavanaugh

I want to congratulate Justice Brett Kavanaugh in his Senate confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court. I also want to congratulate him on surviving one of the biggest, most despicable and heinous social lynching by Democrats that I’ve seen in my whole life.

What Justice Kavanaugh has endured reminds me of the opening scene of Clint Eastwood’s 1968 classic film, “Hang ‘Em High,” in which a gang of thugs unsuccessfully attempts to lynch him for a cattle rustling crime he did not commit.

The Democratic Party leaders unleashed every weapon in their arsenal to try and ruin Kavanaugh’s life, career and future, led by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and the Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats and their staffers, all of who certainly planned the hit on Kavanaugh and carried out the take-no-prisoners mission.

I agree with commentator Michelle Malkin, who wrote, “How did we get here? The Kavanaugh Supreme Court nomination circus didn’t happen by accident. The emergence of incredible – and by ‘incredible,’ I mean the literal Merriam-Webster definition of 

‘too extraordinary and improbable to be believed’ – accusers in the eleventh hour was no mistake.”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer spoke for over 38 other Democratic Senators, who, before Kavanaugh even spoke one word before a single interview or Congressional hearing, publicly committed to fight his appointment to the highest court in the land. 

Before even a single interview! Schumer said way back in early July that he was going to fight Kavanaugh’s nominations “with everything I’ve got.” He kept true to his word!

Then Schumer said at the end of September, during Kavanaugh’s Democrat grilling before Congress, that Kavanaugh should receive “no presumption of innocence or guilt” as a nominee seeking confirmation. 

So, no due process for Kavanaugh? No presumption of innocence? Guilty before a trial? That’s called mob rule!

When I also heard that Judge Kavanaugh kept his diary books on everything he has done in his life for about 40 years, I wanted to tell him that I have also kept my dairy books for 50 years. And like Kavanaugh, the diary records have saved me on business situations.

Being exposed through this political circus is the Democratic Party’s double standard.

For example, Democratic U.S. Rep. and attorney Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) was accused of abuse by his former girlfriend. 

The Dems are doing everything to save him by attacking the character of the former girlfriend and discounting her sexual assault story. 

The Dem Party even hired a law firm who claimed the abuse allegations levied against Ellison are unsubstantiated. That is what led Minnesota Senate candidate Karen Hensley to conclude that the Dems are doing everything possible to ruin Kavanaugh but will do everything possible to save Ellison. What hypocrites!

Moreover, the Dems continually sympathize with the sexual assault of professor Christine Blasey Ford and yet repeatedly mocked the heinous social assault of Kavanaugh. 

Have they not both suffered grave personal violations? Ford and Kavanaugh are both victims of a political hit by the same Democratic lynch mob.

I was surprised and disappointed when I heard this past week that even former justice John Paul Stevens accused Kavanaugh’s “performance” before Congress as being too angry and emotional. 

If being righteously angered over a national search-and-destroy ploy to destroy one’s life and family is a disqualifier from leadership, then I guess Jesus was also too angry to be a leader since he stormed through the Jerusalem temple grounds overturning tables because of religious corruption of “My Father’s house.”

If Professor Ford is allowed to bear her real emotions before the nation because of the personal assault that she truly believes happened to her 35 years ago, isn’t Judge Kavanaugh allowed to bear his real emotions before the nation because of the personal and familial assault he just endured during this past month?

As Kavanaugh confessed in his own op-ed apologetic on Friday in the Wall Street Journal:

I testified before the Judiciary Committee last Thursday to defend my family, my good name and my lifetime of public service. My hearing testimony was forceful and passionate. That is because I forcefully and passionately denied the allegation against me. At times, my testimony – both in my opening statement and in response to questions – reflected my overwhelming frustration at being wrongly accused, without corroboration, of horrible conduct completely contrary to my record and character. My statement and answers also reflected my deep distress at the unfairness of how this allegation has been handled.

I was very emotional last Thursday, more so than I have ever been. I might have been too emotional at times. I know that my tone was sharp, and I said a few things I should not have said. I hope everyone can understand that I was there as a son, husband and dad. I testified with five people foremost in my mind: my mom, my dad, my wife, and most of all my daughters.

There should be no blame placed on either Ford or Kavanaugh. They truly are the victims. The only blame remains on those dark forces that have used Ford and Kavanaugh as pawns in their malevolent game of government chess. 

Those political powerbrokers even mobilized mainstream and social media as well as special interest groups as their knights of darkness.

As Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine) said on Friday during her inspiring Kavanaugh confirmation speech, 

“We have seen special interest groups whip their followers into a frenzy by spreading misrepresentations and outright falsehoods about Judge Kavanaugh’s judicial record. Over-the-top rhetoric and distortions of his record and testimony at his first hearing produced short-lived headlines, which although debunked hours later, continued to live on and be spread through social media. Interest groups have also spent an unprecedented amount of dark money opposing this nomination.”

As just one example to prove her point, Breitbart News reported, “Ana Maria Archila, one of the two women who confronted Arizona Republican Sen. Jeff Flake in an elevator on Friday, helps lead a progressive organization funded by billionaire George Soros that heads an $80 million activist effort characterized as part of the anti-Trump ‘resistance’ movement.” (Soros’s financing is also documented by Fox reporting.)

And was it just a coincidence that CNN, a media trumpet for Soros, was right there to cover the elevator moment?

I’m all for the free press, but mob-rule is no way to run Washington or America.

As Patricia McCarthy wrote for the American Thinker: 

“That any of this happened is the historical low point in American politics – and make no mistake: this was all about politics, not Kavanaugh. If there was any doubt before, there is no longer: the American left today is malevolent. The Democratic Party has demonstrated for all to see just how soulless it has become.”

I would like to congratulate the Democratic leadership in Washington for a few things:

Congratulations on showing America (indeed, the world) just how deep, depraved and gross the Washington swamp really is.

Congratulations also on further dividing our country through your advanced chess moves to use and control two victims and then partisan politics for your own selfish gain.

Congratulations also on forcing Professor Christine Ford to repeatedly relive her suffering and personal violations live before a nationally televised audience, as well as creating a social stigma upon her and her family that will last a lifetime.

Congratulations also on forcing Justice Brett Kavanaugh to repeatedly relive his suffering and personal violations before a nationally televised audience, as well as creating a social stigma upon him and his family that will last a lifetime.

Lastly, congratulations in unifying and galvanizing the Republican Party like it hasn’t been in decades to fight and vote for Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Kavanaugh was right during his confirmation hearings to say to the Democratic leaders: 

“You sowed the wind.” Now, as it says in Hosea 8:7 in the Bible, “You will reap the whirlwind.”
