Trump smashes world leaders’ approval ratings
Despite the overwhelmingly negative journalistic approach the main stream media has taken with President Donald J. Trump, he has hit an amazing 50 per cent approval rating!
The rating, by Rasmussen poll, the standard and a solid barometer of public opinion, reveals how America’s increasingly strong economic performance has added to President Trump’s support surge.
Across the pond in the UK, Prime Minister Theresa May’s approval rating has plunged to a record low and dropping amongst Brits, with many voters rejecting her Chequers Brexit plan, and 62 per cent having an unfavourable view of Mrs. May.
An exclusive poll for the Evening Standard reveals today that less than one in three adults are satisfied with the job she is doing as PM, down five points with the explosive infighting amongst Tories over Brexit.
In France, President Macron’s approval rating has fallen to its lowest levels since he became president in May 2017, dropping from 41 per cent to 37 per cent from 18 July to 27 July according to an Ifop survey.
Germans aren’t pleased with Angela Merkel either. Her Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and sister party Bavaria’s Christian Social Union (CSU) plunged to 29 per cent from 33 per cent, it’s lowest level since 2006, according to an Emnid poll.
It would appear that despite the efforts of the main stream media to divide, members of the public are making their own decisions, with leaders strong on border control and a strong economy being the ones who’s approval ratings are on the rise.
