So
I read the whole article (celebrities justifying abortion) which most just read the headline and make a
decision about it. I am a one who has aborted a child from my womb,
so I will speak plainly and clearly. I killed a human that God took
into His loving arms and presence.
At
the time I was 21 years old, unwed and frightened; yet it was a
decision I made to free myself from my responsibility. I paid my cash
fee and cried after the horrific procedure. I felt empty and cold;
non human... what had I just done?
I
know at the time I didn't realize because I was young but I grieved
and then I stuffed it. It wasn't until a year later after I had been
born again; asking Jesus into my heart I put myself in Christian
Counseling.
At
this time it resurfaced and I was faced with the reality of what I
had done. I had to reconcile with my abortion and ask God for His
forgiveness against this act I had committed.
It
is only through His unfailing love and forgiveness of my sin that I
was able to move forward and bear three sons with my husband. I have
no fear in sharing the ugliness of what I did because I know I'm
free.
But
before I found that freedom it was shameful and hidden.
Anyone
who wants to glorify the killing of babies even if you wouldn't do it
yourself but think a woman has the right to choose what she wants to
do with her body; you're wrong!
If
what you choose as a woman to do with your body violates the word and
commands of God then you are in sin. I have heard people say they
would never do it but they believe in people's right to choose and to
me agreeing with this is the same as doing it.
A
heart before God would never allow harm to come to a child.
Over
the years as I've grown and matured I see things in a new light, not
as a frightened 21 year old but as an opportunity to share His Mercy
and His grace to a lost and dying generation that has been so moved
and desensitized through the actions of generations before.
Sin
abounds greatly in the world yet there are those that don't want to
address it as such because their agenda is for evil and they serve
Satan.
If
you don't believe me then read the word of God because in the end
that's what will remain; that's what will stand as complete truth.
There
is freedom beyond sin no matter what it is. It only and I will say it
loud ONLY comes through repentance and through the blood of Jesus
Christ.
GOD
HEALS AND RESTORES; THANK YOU LORD!!!!
The
purpose of my post is to give voice to the reality of abortion and
that it should never be celebrated. It is just the ignorance of those
who live lavish lives who want to pervert reality; so don't be led
astray.
There's
so many other alternatives out there besides abortion. Let us give
voice to that, to life giving alternatives for mistakes.
JESUS
IS STILL THE ANSWER!!!
