THE BASIS OF THE [TRUMP -RUSSIA COLLUSION] CASE IS DEAD

"The basis of the [Trump-Russia collusion] case is dead... Sessions should step in and close it.... in the interest of justice." 

That's what Rudy Giuliani, now a key member of President Trump's legal team, told Fox News in two separate interviews. While challenging the scope and necessity of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigations, the former New York City Mayor called out the misconduct of the Deep State:

"There's been too much government misconduct. The crimes now have all been committed by the government and their agents."

Mueller is now threatening to subpoena President Trump. The question of whether a special counsel can compel a sitting president to testify will likely end up at the Supreme Court.

Representative Ron DeSantis (R-FL) told Sean Hannity that Mueller and his investigators are "not trying to investigate a crime, they are trying to manufacture a process crime." 
 

Early yesterday, President Trump lashed out against the "Witch Hunt" in a tweet, "There was no Collusion (it is a Hoax) and there is no Obstruction of Justice (that is a setup & trap). ... Witch Hunt!"
We agree with all of these statements!

Robert Mueller's investigation has now far exceeded its jurisdiction.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who oversees the Mueller investigation for the Department of Justice, has come under fire for allowing the Mueller investigation to broaden the scope of the investigation. Republican lawmakers have drafted eight articles of impeachment against Rosenstein following his refusal to turn over unredacted documents that outline the scope of the Mueller investigations. They also assert that Rosenstein has been unnecessarily slow in his response to their requests of documentation that would assist in congressional investigations.

The investigations have yielded little in return for the millions of taxpayer dollars this "Witch Hunt" is costing us. The House Intelligence Committee released a highly redacted report that determined there was "no evidence that the Trump campaign colluded, coordinated, or conspired with the Russian government" during the 2016 election cycle.

We are watching one of the most egregious examples of subversion in American history with one motive: to take down the Trump presidency. We must have a citizen UPRISING to Stop Robert Mueller and his Witch Hunt against President Trump.
